6/1/24 went there to be fitted for a good walking shoe. Hope was so nice and kind, she could have sold me the WHOLE store. The try on socks, bought a pack of those too(thick padding). She brought out 4 pairs; Saucony, 2 Brooks(20&21)and a new balance. Brooks felt great especially the 21, but Saucony won my feet. I will definitely buy there again. Even got my friend a pair for Father’s Day. Also, they sell Oofos slides. I was told not to try them on, went to the Macon store to pick up the Hoka pair and tried the slide. I had to get them🤦🏾‍♀️. Left there broke n happy. Thanks Bonaire and Macon store, y’all were awesome.

Came in and told employee what I have currently, and what I liked and what I wanted to change. He was able to immediately give 4 options to try. Tried those asked 1 more thing, and he gave an honest recommendation based on his personal use to help decide which pair to buy. First time ever going to a real running shoe store (not just one of the Big Box Outdoor & Sports stores) and haven't been running shoe shopping in nearly 5 years. Chipper was incredibly helpful, patience, and considerate of my needs. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and he was able to guide me through the process and make specific recommendations for my needs. Incredibly professional experience. worst/horrible customer service ever. once you choose the shoes cost $192 worth and then they don't have right size in stock and you already paid to order, and after 2 weeks, you don't get any call for any updates, and then when customer call about what happened to his order, still they don't have right answer about , when your order is coming...!!! really ..!!... and i canceled my order, the person over the phone, don't care....looks like...woow.. what a business strategy...!!!!! wouldn't recommend anyone...
