Boyfriend and I were visiting different jewelers to get ideas for the ring I wanted. Starting from our first visit, the customer service was excellent. We had asked questions regarding customizing rings etc to match the ring I built online. Boyfriend was given the jewelers number and after the first contact, he immediately started working on the ring process for us knowing we needed by a certain date. They went above and beyond to make sure the ring was exactly what we wanted, and accommodated us with such a short time period to get done. I was looking for a specific Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra. I called the store, they were very inviting and professional, so I went in and met Lillian and Imad. I found a great selection of several top brands in addition to the Omega watch I was looking for. The experience was so great I also got a Tissot! I'll be back to add to my collection for sure!
