My time is 9-15, arrived at 9-00. Everything is quite simple, registration with the security guard, he also removes the seal. Then to the parking lot to wait for a call with the door number. After that move the axles, documents into the trailer, uncouple the truck from the trailer. And again wait for a call about the completion of unloading. After that, exit, signed documents in the trailer, check with the security guard and that's it. Cons: no night parking and not enough room to maneuver. Now it's 11-00 and they are still unloading me, I hope within an hour they will unload and count the cargo and call me.

Check-In was fast! Guards are hit/miss with the attitudes. Just be sure to pull all the way down to the yellow line in either of the 3 lanes and walk back to the guard shack. Unloading took longer than the last time I was there. Took almost 3 hrs once I hit the docks... Open doors, put paperwork in trailer, slide tandems, unhook once you're docked, and wait for the green light. All in all, it was ok for the start of my day.

Easy in and out you check in with security guard she brakes the seal take your phone number and call you once the dock is available. Once you get dock slide your tandems put your paper at the back of trailer unhook and stay a little forward to your trailer. Once the light is green you pull out and go back to security they check your paper and trailer and you can go. All this process takes about couple of hours. No overnight parking there is a pilot about 5 miles on exit 26 on I-20.

Guys, don't be afraid to come here. The whole process took about an hour. For Walmart, that's awesome.Arrived an hour before unloading. When I got there, I checked in with security. The security guy took my number and cut the seal. He told me to wait for a phone call in the parking lot. Before I had even parked the truck, they called me and gave me the door. Within 40 minutes, my trailer was empty.Maybe it all went by so quickly because it's Sunday, or maybe I'm wrong). TANDEMS IN THE BACK, PAPERWORKS IN THE BACK OF THE TRAILER. DISCONNECT THE TRACK FROM THE TRAILER, MOVE FORWARD A LITTLE AND WAIT FOR THE CALL. YOU WILL BE CALLED AND INFORMED ABOUT UNLOADING!

Couldn’t get in a dock cuz I was to early then when I come at my appointment time I park get a dock and been sitting in this spot for over 2 hours and may be longer ! Slow slow slow I guess they like there job security smh why turn me away on an appointment if you don’t hold your end of the appointment time anyways it Don’t make sense. Then on the paper it says can’t take no break on property we don’t have to yall give us a break you can actually do a split break dealing with this Sam’s dc

Got me a dock even though I was early, my company never gives me the right times. In and out in two hours. Docks could have a wider setup but staff was great. The ats drivers love to skip the line but that's not sams fault. Just didn't feel nice to be waiting and watch the driver go around

I arrived twenty minutes before the appointment, checked in with security. The security guard was very professional and friendly, she had me park and wait for a call with a door assignment.
I got my door assignment five minutes later.
One hour later I got the call to hook back up to trailer and the bill's would be in the back of the trailer.
Over all a good experience here, security receiving stuff very professional and friendly.

Avoid this place at all costs. Arrived Thursday only to be refused due to product shift. Get load reworked, forced to wait 2 days for unload appt., go back after 1.5 hrs in dock they refuse me. Say load shifted again. Glad I took pics this time. Before pic on left. You can clearly see none is shifted b4 they touched it.
