Supposed to open at 10 am. It’s now 10:20. Doors locked and no one in sight. Drove 40 min to come drop off a warranty repair. No answer to multiple calls.

My husband and I went in looking for international sized carry-on luggage and the lady there was so helpful! Her name was Chay (Chai). She helped us figure out what would work for our next overseas trip!

I went in with every intent of buying a new piece of luggage. The manager was initially helpful and then scolded me in front of another customer, speaking to me like I was a child, that I was looking at the wrong size bags. it was bizarre and unnecessa so I walked out. I rather buy online or from another brand.

Bought my luggage here travel a lot always seem to have what I need at a great price. My bags get beat by the airlines from O'Hare to Honolulu and Samsonite stands the test of time. Break a wheel they are more than ready to get you fixed up and back on your way. Manager is very friendly and helpful.

Call before you make a trip out there! We went to buy two full sets of luggage an hour before they close and lo and behold not open. Terribly run store on a busy Friday night at the outlets!

My girlfriend and I went in last night to purchase some luggage, but we were not sure exactly what to purchase, if anything at all. The sales associate, Nakeyah, greeted us as soon as we walked in and happily let us know to ask her if we needed any help. After failing to come to a decision on exactly what we wanted, we approached Nakeyah and she kindly and patiently asked us questions and figured out exactly what we needed, without trying to oversell us on things we didn't need. It was a great experience and although we're hoping to not need more luggage any time soon, we'll be happy to return if we do.

The sales associate was so busy on the phone that she could not be bothered to assist any of us peon customers. She would put the party on hold if she was asked questions but would not hang up. I finally ended up leaving and going to TUMI instead.

I wish everything didn't close at 7pm literally every day of the week... Difficult to make it before closing when you're stuck at work in the Bay until 6pm...
