I have had my 2019 macbook pro repaired twice here. They replaced a motherboard and then a battery. Jonathan and team provided excellent service at reasonable price. I will use SA tablet and phone repair again.

I took my MacBook Air for repair due to water damage over the keyboard. They charged me 99$ just for checking if it is repairable or not. Once they found out they cannot repair it, they asked me for 89$ more to transfer my own data from my computer to a hard drive which I said it is expensive and I could not afford it. I offered to pay 40$ and they did not accept so my data was not transferred. Very expensive! Not worth it.

I had my computer on and black cat appeared on a news item. When I clicked on the story, suddenly my screen went black, and I thought I had been hacked. My brother found San Anselmo just 10 minutes away. It was two days before Christmas. Alex charged me just $45 to look into the problem. The next afternoon I received a call that the laptop was ready for pick up. The problem was the connection to an outlet, not an attack. I was handed a new connection and no charge. Friendly staff through and through.

We're a couple of older folks who didn't grow up with computers or smartphones. After recent upgrades of our systems, we had a host of questions and needed lots of advice about how to make things function, including some apparent malfunctions.
Abraham to the rescue! After a few home visits to our place in San Rafael, he had everything working right and coached us about how to deal with any future problems. He even helped us take notes so we would know what to do in case... All this at a surprising reasonable cost.

My iPhone 7 "died" suddenly. Although I am usually good with saving my iPhone photo albums to my external hard-drive, I had just returned from a family trip and had 2 weeks of great vacation photos that I hadn't had a chance to back-up. I first took my phone to Apple- they said they could do nothing as the logic board had failed and only offered to dispose of it. Fortunately, I didn't turn it over to them and brought it to Abraham. He fixed the logic board which had failed and I got my precious photos back. Thank you Abraham!

Abraham and his crew at San Anselmo Tablet Repair are AMAZING!!! They fixed my ancient Mac AND saved my data after the Apple Store had given up on me. Abraham went the extra mile and managed to save me a lot of money and misery. Affordable and great technical expertise. Really nice honest people. A great experience--HIGHLY recommended.

I was happy to see a place so close to my house. The reviews were great so I went since I needed my screen replaced. First off, I was told 40 minutes and it was almost 2 hours to have my screen repaired. Prior to taking my phone there...it was in perfect working order. When I got my phone back, the Touch ID was no longer working. I took my phone back to them to see if they would fix the problem. I felt I was given the brush off and they weren't willing to help. I was told there was nothing they can do and they referred me to Apple.
After being charged $173.96 plus a $10 tip for a total of $183.96 I now have a phone that is damaged and will have to pay to more to have it fixed.
Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this place to anyone. My daughter had her screen fixed at the kiosk at Northgate Mall and her phone is in perfect working order and it was only $70.00.
