Jocelyn is the best. She has repaired my jewelry for years. Also if she doesn’t have what you want she will order it. Such as a new band for my wedding ring. Diamond earrings. Just to start. I also love her purse and wallet pieces in the store. I drive from Solvang just to work with her

I own a vibrating Spintso sports watch for refereeing that requires either the watch be sent back to the manufacturer in Europe or a local watch repair store replace the two batteries. After finishing another transaction with a customer, the owner immediately asked if I needed assistance and proceeded to replace the batteries. The immediate repair was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Sandcastle Time.

I periodically take my jewelry in for repairs and Jocelyn has always been a delight to talk to, they do the work in a timely manner and are very communication friendly, she calls me when the jewelry is ready for pick-up so that I don't have to waste my time going by to see if it's done.
