We've used Sandy Decor a few projects -- flooring, baseboards, blinds and bathroom remodeling. Their workmanship and attention to detail is fantastic and only second to their customer service. We've enjoyed working with them at all phases of our projects and specifically enjoyed their help in the design and material selection phase. 10/10 will use them again!

We chose Sandy Decor to help us with a new quartz counter top install. Overall the process was smooth and their subcontractor did great work. It would have been 5-star, but there was some miscommunication, well lack of, on requiring supports for the overhang on our peninsula so I wasn't able to include those in while actually building the peninsula, but thankfully I was able to find a solution.

We had Sandy Decor do our kitchen and master bath. Everyone from the staff in the showroom to Chad and his team who came to the house were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring. It was very important to them we were kept informed and we were happy with the work we had done. We love our cabinets, counter tops, tile etc!!! We highly recommend Sandy Decor and will return to get their help with future projects.

UPDATE: We were so happy with the work Sandy Decor did for us last year, we had the back to install hardwood floors throughout our home and tile in the entryway, kitchen and laundry room. We can't say enough good things about the work they do and how they do business. We will be doing business with them again.
Sorry the rest of the house isn't done but the flooring and kitchen cabinets are so nice!

An update… project is now finished! We found the mosaic elsewhere but matched it with tile from Sandy Decor. Marmoleum flooring completed picked with advice from the team completed the look.

We had the BEST experience with Sandy Decor. As good or better than anywhere you’d find in Portland! This is a gem. Nikki and Ken were incredibly helpful with helping us pick and get the best price on countertops. We are looking forward to our floor installation next

We used Sandy Decor to install luxury vinyl flooring. They arrived on time, and did quality work. We did not compare pricing with anyone else in the area so I can't speak to value but we paid about what we expected to pay. We've had bad experiences with contractors so happy to pay more for less hassle. We would use them again.

Our experience with Sandy Decor was great. They did what they said they were going to do. And they did it when they said they were going to do it. We got a great finished product for a fair price.

Great selection of materials and finishes. We had wanted to use a local business to support the community that our vacation cabin is located near. The Sales people were informative and friendly. The installation job was done. The project management on our project was lackluster and we felt we weren't listened to when giving important design and access information. Every time an installer came, they had to call us because they weren't given the right directions to the cabin or the access code. We also had to go over the scope of work several times with the installers. The installers were great and did really good work! There is a definite disconnect between store personnel and their installers. I would purchase from Sandy Decor again, but not have them coordinate installation. I only leave this review because I used to work in the design and construction industry for 20 years and know how things should be done, especially for such a small job as ours was for our cabin. As always, we will continue to support small businesses in our area.

I wanted to say thank you for all your hard work and amazing customer service! Our floors look amazing and the attention to detail that was put into installing them is phenomenal. It was totally worth wait. The counter tops also look amazing and we are super thrilled with them despite the difficulties of getting them right, which 100% has nothing to do with you folks. But still couldn’t be more pleased with the end product

I can’t say enough how pleased we are with your customer service. Especially with Chelsea and Nikki, you two kept us well informed and were super easy to work with.
