Scott Jones is THE MAN. The Sandy Net team covers Meadowlark Ski & Sports for VOIP phone and internet service. Scott is always reliable to help us with any questions we have, and has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. I highly recommend going with Sandy Net for phone or internet services because they are there to help. Vonage or other companies are never available to help when you need them most, however Sandy Net and Scott Jones ARE. These guys are the bee's knee's!

I had an appointment set for 8 AM and they sent Taylor out to set it up overall it was an amazing experience really friendly people, and if any of my neighbors were to ask who they should go through for Internet services I would suggest sandy net thank you guys

My router broke (it involved a ball and my child) and when I called it in they offered to send someone right away, on a Saturday even! Unfortunately I got covid and had to cancel. As soon as I was better I called and rescheduled and again they got someone to come the very next day. His name was Taylor and he was delightful and really good at his job. He was respectful and kind. He even replaced my router with something more updated and it took him very little time. Thank you Taylor and everybody at SandyNet! I really appreciate you guys.

Pricing alone makes this a good company.
Then you add on the customer service and I am just very surprised! These dudes are awesome.

We had our first problem a after about a year with them, Jeffery showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, and set us up for success. He was very friendly, just like everyone else I have interacted with at sandynet.

Very good service when working (wireless), but constantly drops out..3-5 or more times a day for 5 to 30 min at a time. Very frustrating when watching TV or using internet. I understand about peak times and throttling down speed . But when I run a speed test during these drop times I get zilch, to .4-.5 meg, causing constant buffering & loss of service, not at all what I would call reliable service! Unfortunately tech response is only weekdays 9-5 but never during outages.
