Allie was wonderful to work with, and spent the time to make sure that my fiance was happy with the ring she selected. This process included trying on pretty much everything available, and some stuff that wasn't available yet. Probably my favorite part of the whole process was that I didn't feel any pressure to buy. I have a pretty serious aversion to people wanting to force purchases, and typically jewelers are about the worst offenders, second maybe to car salespeople. Totally not the case here, the vibe was relaxed, and we didn't feel pressure to rush a decision right then. The shop carries pieces from other local artists in addition to their own, and has everything from multiple thousands of dollars, down to a few hundred. The purchasing process (for an engagement ring) consisted of deciding on which style we liked, discussing any small adjustments to the piece (In my fiance's case, she was interested in the Fern Dell ring, but was concerned that the sides might be too delicate. Notes were taken, and material was added to that section of the band during the casting.), and finally placing the 50% down payment giving the green light to get the ball rolling. All in all, the process took about a month, the results are stunning, and we couldn't be happier.
