Sausalito Jewelers did an unbelievable job on a custom created ring for me. I wanted to redo my engagement ring as a right hand ring, and they did an incredible job. I shared some inspiration photos with them, and Aida took it from there. She shared CAD drawings and went over them in detail with me, and was so helpful at every step of the process. The communication was wonderful, and they worked really quickly. Now I have a beautiful ring I am so proud to wear. I could not be more excited!

Our experience with Sausalito Jewelers has been great. I started working with them to design a ring that repurposes the metal and diamonds from my grandmother’s ring into something new. The ring came out beautifully! We’ve been to the shop for a resizing, free of charge, and when a diamond fell out of the ring, Sausalito Jewelers had a quick turn around for replacement and repair.

We’ll be coming annually for our cleaning and for the rest of our jewelry needs!

I'd never been to a jeweler before, and didn't know much about jewelry. Sam and his knowledgeable team were very patient and enthusiastic about walking me through the design and build of our engagement ring. They made sure all of our wants were met, working with me to find the right ethically sourced diamond, and decide on custom details, down to the letter. My Fiancé was ecstatic about the final product, I can't imagine working with any other jeweler!

I came to Sausalito Jewelers on the recommendation of a friend who had her engagement ring made here, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I had looked at several other custom-ring shops, but something about the CAD designs they sent me didn't feel quite right. We had a challenging design with 144 small diamonds set into the band, and they absolutely nailed it. The execution was flawless. My fiancée loved the ring, but what really sealed it was her friends' reactions--they were blown away, with several saying it's one of the best engagement rings they've ever seen.

One of the reasons I chose Sausalito Jewelers was because they are incredibly talented at sourcing ethical diamonds. They helped me find Canadian diamonds that could be traced back to the specific mine, and they explained why those diamonds were ethically sourced, which was really important to me.

I've always been a bit skeptical about the cost of engagement rings, but after seeing the incredible craftsmanship from Sausalito Jewelers, I can confidently say they earned every penny. Even my mother couldn't stop showing off my wife's engagement ring to everyone at our wedding! Sausalito Jewelers is fantastic, and I can't recommend them enough.
