Very disgusted and disappointed with my experience tonight. I will no longer ever be coming back. I was a lifetime customer and only came to the grocery store every day I need it to and tonight will be my last. The customer service there tonight was absolutely terrible. I asked three separate people to just simply show me where a certain snack item was, and they proceeded to only tell me which aisle it was in and I was never able to find it. I asked two gentleman who were just literally standing talking to each other with one of them having their cell phone out and asked them for help since they did not seem to be busy and they proceeded to just tell me what aisle it was in as well. I asked if one of them could show me please and they told me they were busy and could not do that for me. The fact that I had to go in there and ask three different people for one bag of snacks, and to leave empty-handed from not being able to find it was very irritating. Management needs to do something about the behavior or they need new management. Absolutely terrible.

Something is up with the groceries here. Purchased garlic bread in the aluminum foil wrap, opened it same day filled with mold. Just purchased chicken breast from the butcher counter it smelled like rotting fish. Horrible.
Bought cream cheese- expired weeks beforehand. (I should have checked but still come on)
One time the meat fridge section wasn’t working the meat was not hot but most definitely not cool to the touch I informed the nearest employee he came over and felt the hot air blowing out of the vent. Who knows what they did with all that meat but by the amount of times I’ve picked up spoiled food I would assume management doesn’t do much.
Someone is going to end up getting really sick from here.

Don't preorder birthday cake with bakery they'll promise you your order, have you pay for it, and last minute when you show up there's nothing ready for you no calls no heads up. Nobody wants this happening last minute on your birthday. Offer you a free regular cake but it's for a special occasion that's why it was preordered...messed up go elsewhere and mind you I even called earlier on day of the pick up date for them to confirm everything...

I have never had a problem at this location. They have always been clean, staff is friendly, helpful, and patient. They also have a good array for beer from local craft breweries to the more corporate, large brands. The store is also large and has great selections on other food products. On top of that, Parking isn’t a hassle either which is always nice when going to the grocery store.

This place is always clean and well stocked. Easy to see what is on sale and deals are going on. There are always carts at the front and half the time I can hand the cart to an employee who is getting them in the parking lot. Employees are very nice to interact with and usually helpful. I really like the look the update here but still find myself lost looking for items where they use to be.
