I had screen mobile build an entire screen room on the patio of my new home in Palm Desert Greens. I needed a room where my animals could go outside, yet be contained! Outstanding Company from start to finish!

We have a weird off-size door and none of the hardware stores or RV parts stores could help.

We went to the Screenmobile store, talked to one of their staff, and we were impressed with their solution and their professionalism

They came out, surveyed our problem and made a recommendation. We accepted it and 2 days later they installed the new screen door.

The installation guys had good manners, they were proficient, they cleaned up after themselves, and generally did a great job.

It was an excellent experience.

Worst experience ever. My 23 year old screens were better than ones they installed. Installation was horrible, have requested new frames and/or my money back. Have left voicemails & emails, no response. Be warned, don’t use this company.This is for Thousand Palms location.

Screen mobile, made our solar screens about 6 years ago, and they did a fantastic job.
We needed new material, they came out gave us an estimate. Then came out, took the screens, and they returned in a couple of days. They are just like new! Great customer service! We recommend them to our friends and they were very pleased, too!

Great customer service. Kay worked tirelessly to accommodate my schedule when making appointments. She responded quickly to emails and calls with my questions and concerns. And Matt went above and beyond to address those concerns, coming to my home multiple times to make minor adjustments to ensure I was 100% satisfied.

I purchased a new sliding screen door My nervous dog was outside and scratched at the screen to come in, making a gaping hole in the door. I was planning to replace it anyway as it was a 20-year-old sliding screen door and my home's previous owners left it in bad shape -- dented, dirty, poorly repaired tears, broken rollers. I opted for the mid-upgrade screen material, which is far nicer than what my old door had, plus had a metal mesh pet guard attached to the screen door's exterior to prevent my pup from clawing at it again. The material is very strong mesh even though it isn't the highest upgrade. It seems quite durable and was only a small amount more than the basic material. Overall, product quality is very good and it looks great. Considering it was retrofitted to my original sliding door track, it operates very smoothly. I don't know if product quality is better than what another company would have provided but the difference between Screenmobile and every other screen door company I called was the customer service. Their handling of things has prompted me to re,commend them to a number of others in my community. Price was comparable to other estimates I'd gotten, within about $10 to $20 more or less. So the deciding factor was definitely customer service. I highly recommend Screenmobile.

I went to three hardware stores, including one that has a shop to make screens on site. The last one recommended ScreenMobile saying, "They're a little more expensive, but it will be right the first time."

What I found? They were easy to schedule, quick with the work, and the screens are great. And saving the hassle of measuring and installing myself was well worth the incremental difference in price. Thanks, Matthew!
