The numbers on the keypad wouldn’t work in order to unlock the screen. I did a restart as was recommended online, but that didn’t help. Ultimately, I got a couple of the numbers I needed to work, but it was intermittent. Thank goodness the shop was open on Sunday! I knew there was nowhere else I would trust to get it fixed. Thanks again for the great service!

I had an opportunity to take a good friend there yesterday and have his older iPhone repaired for a microphone/speaker problem. Being technically oriented, I was extremely impressed watching Alan work and how confident he was in repairing the unit and in what I would consider to be record time at a very fair price. We should support our local craftsman like Alan and anyone with an iPhone problem should consider him to repair it. His attitude is great and it is good to have that kind of individual working in Santa Clarita.

BEST PLACE IN TOWN!

This is my second time coming here and both times I've had outstanding service. I'm guilty of not knowing the gentleman's name behind the counter, but it's been the same guy and he has been terrific every time. Usually repair stores will try to upsell you, but he does the opposite. He's truthful, honest, and tells you how to fix things very easily. I can't praise him enough. he provides so much value to the community with his honesty, knowledge and craftsmanship. He's always available in in-store. I went in and he gave me a simple fix and didn't charge me anything. Again, how often do you find that anymore nowadays? I couldn't help myself with the tip him because he's the best. I can't recommend him enough and will be sending everybody. I know to him. Highly recommended seriously guys don't waste your time anywhere else.
