We bought a spa from Secards just before the holidays and the experience was quick and easy. No up selling or hidden fees. Nick was very knowledgeable about their inventory and provided excellent service. The facilities are clean and well stocked and we would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for an above ground pool, vinyl pool, spa, or supplies.

Just moved into a new house and the pool warranty that came with the house was not honored. Was told that it doesn’t transfer over. How is that my problem? Does not do the job right the first time and doesn’t want to honor warranty

I originally purchased my pool back in 2012 and changed my liner along with adding a ledge and changing out my equipment. I met Vince at the Menifee store. From the time I met him until I actually had the work complete last month it has been a wonderful experience. Vince goes above and beyond. He took the time to show me liners made some recommendations and I am completely satisfied. When I say that customer service was Vince's only goal was to make sure that he could make you a happy customer. When people want a service they want everything that goes along with it and that includes the experience. Vince knows the products very well. He answered all of my questions and concerns since COVID 19 rolled back my date of having my pool work completed. Vince communicated with me immediately when things shut down. He told me what to expect. He told me he could not guarantee but worked really hard to keep me informed of things he had no control over. I appreciate that extra touch and above and beyond service I received and we are all happy over here. COVID has changed a lot of things for all of us but communication was the key and VINCE did an amazing job! Thank you and would not have wanted to deal with anyone else.

I would 100% recommend Antonio at Secard pools at the Menifee location. Antonio a Family humble Man like myself and he is very knowledgeable with this type of pools and worked with us and gave us a great deal on our pool and set up kit. Antonio always communicated back to me in a timely manner if I had any questions. Also, the whole team Stellar customer service, walked us through the whole process and made sure we understood the steps. So this review is for Antonio. Keep it up Brother!!

Great & friendly service. I had an unusual circumstance with my spa pump/motor no longer being sold, and struggled to get the right parts. Their techs and staff got it done. So appreciate their help!

Have questions about services, when I call it says press 1 to speak with a representative. Then once transferred it rings once and then says this grouo doesn't accept phone calls. Is there a different way to call and inquire?

Amazing! The service, product and communication was top tier! I appreciate the clear and consistent communication about the order and whai i needed to do to prepare. I will definitely be back to shop with them again. Thank you so much!
