This is the only self service car wash I use in the vast proximity, and it's better than most if not all of them by a long shot. Soap is usually always stocked and there's a good amount in the mixture they use. Water is warm to help loosen any dirt. It takes card and it's easy to add time if needed. There's an air dryer. There are only very few times where I've had a bad experience here (out of soap, and leaks on the ceiling that made keeping my car clean difficult while washing), but those problems are usually addressed on my next visit. The only consistent downside is that it's pretty busy - and for good reason. To avoid that I usually go late in the night or random times in the afternoon.

Love this place but the credit card machines are hit or miss at best

This used to be a decent car wash but not any longer. The ceiling drips onto your car, the machines don’t give you the time you pay for, and the place is not maintained well

This place sucks - the soap is never clean, the machines steal your $ and the stalls don't drain.

This place has great options like paying by card instead of quarters only. It also features an air dry option, which works ok. The reason I’m subtracting two stars is because of the cleanliness near the vacuums. There is a large tree from the neighboring property that hangs over one of the vacuum stations. It creates a huge mess. Lots of leaves and dirt/dust flying around. Within minutes my car was covered in dust again. Kind of defeats the purpose.

The change machine just ate my $10 bill and there isn't a number to call to report incident to get a refund or any sort of way to get I'm touch with management.
