It's a big store but the selection wasn't much to my liking. A lot of office type clothing. Huge clearance racks. A little bit of athelitic wear. Some kids clothes.
Good selection of Men's clothing. Staff is great, friendly and helpful.
The store itself is a bit confusing to get to. It's set way back from everything else.

The sales lady was rude, I needed a product, she went to look in the bin, in one second and said there is no more. I asked did you really check? The Boss went to look, and boom there was the product. I began to tell the manager about my experience. The rude sales reps walked off blowing her breath.

First time at this Sephora. Nothing special especially the two employees working together. Not actually working, but walking around talking to each other. They saw me, but neither acknowledged me or said hello. I checked out at the regular check out, not wanting to wait for them to never see me at their counter in the back. Sad and I'll never return to this Sephora. Ever...(Monday the 8th around 3:30 in Vallejo.).

On a lighter note, I believe the lady who waited on me while checking out was Omu, I think it was her name. She was great! ✨

Very poor service. We basically had to beg for a sales clerk to look for a product that wasn't on the shelf. What an attitude; our mistake thinking she would be interested in doing her JOB!
