We are so very disappointed in the work that they have done for us. I brought in a large order for a logo and when I got them back there was one that was all uneven. I called and they said to bring back they would make it right.
{Note that we paid almost double the price at the previous place.}
Okay a week and 2 days went by and my husband went to get ask about if another shirt with a logo could be done by the next day. He was to pick up the redo shirt also. Well they insisted that redo shirt was already picked up . It was not , so after awhile they happen to locate it in someone else bag that was going out right then and they caught in just in time. The shirt is hideous I cannot believe that they actually thought this was OK, Now these shirts are all 40 dollar shirts. My husband went back to pick up his shirts and was charged 75.00 !!! He about fell out on this information. They said nothing about such a charge for what they said was a rush. He was never told this and 2 of the 3 were bad ,and looked horrible,they said oh ok we will fix. Now that being said ,, I cannot see how we are going to be expected to pay this outrageous price for work that is so bad ,I want to got o the better business bureau. Which I think we will have 2 . I have not even heard from them to apologize or nothing. Beware this place is really really a big rip off. Do not bring something that is worth anything. You will be disappointed ...!!!!!
This place left such a bad impression with us , Its really really dis pointing. We will go back to perry and use the people we had .
Its worth the fuel and all compared to having it done here....They obviously do not take pride in any of there work.Only giving one star because I had to ,to leave the review
