Got the kids 2 new sets of "vans" and they are knock-offs and not real name brand Vans. After 2 weeks they fell apart and we don't do any crazy activities or sports for that to happen. So much money wasted. Would not recommend this place if you want to pay for quality. This place has 0 quality for their shoes... just expensive for cheap shoes that rip apart after 2 weeks.

I bought my first pair of Hoka Clifton 9 shoes from this location, first time shopping there as well, and not one employee helped me out. I paid $163.11 for the shoes and after wearing them for 5 days I started to get severe foot, knee, and lower back pain.

Come to find out that when buying Hokas you want to get half a shoe size larger than what you normally wear. After finding out about this I went to go exchange the shoes for the correct size and they refused. So now I am out $163 with shoes that cause me severe pain.

I think the staff should be better educated on the products they sell to keep instances like this from happening in the future. It would also help if they actually did their job and help out or at least talk with their customers before they make $150 + purchase for shoes.

I do not recommend going to this location, maybe other Shoe City locations are better, but this was my first and only time shopping there.

This store has outlived its usefulness I think. With the exception of a few newer styles, their inventory hasn't changed all that much. Not to mention the limited size options in both men's and women's sizes.
I would spend the extra time and go to the mall or outlet where the selection and customer service is better.

This was my 1st time shopping here. I had no idea where to start looking. I’m thankful to the female employee, who I didn’t get her name, found a pair of Nikes that I bought and they fit perfect. I had Sketchers before and these work much better for me. I was so surprised at how large the store is. I’m very satisfied and would shop again.

I've been a customer of Shoe City in Hemet for years and have always appreciated their friendly and helpful staff. However, I've noticed that the shoe sizes I'm looking for are often out of stock lately for weeks and months, which can be frustrating. Additionally, I've found that there's limited assistance on the floor, which can make it challenging to find the shoes I need. Despite these drawbacks, I still appreciate the excellent customer service and welcoming atmosphere that Shoe City provides.
