Cannot recommend this place enough. Great sales team and very accommodating to make sure the customer experience is smooth and enjoyable. My wife and I both bought our vehicles here and they treat us like family. They also have a great service department, they do their best to get you taken care of and back on the road. Great dealership.

We purchased a 2025 Sierra 2500 from Sierra Motors. Frank was our sales associate and he was very helpful without being pushy. He knew all the ins and outs of the truck and was super informative during the test drive. We are both veterans, and Frank also helped us get registered on the GMC website so we could get the military rebate. They gave us a great price on our trade in too. Chad did our financial paperwork and was very nice, explaining everything in detail. Overall we were very happy with our experience! We had been to other local dealerships, but the service wasn't great (too pushy, rude, etc). One of them actually treated us as if we weren't going to be able to afford a new truck. They didn't even give us the time of day. I guess because my husband was in his work clothes and looked dirty, they assumed we weren't wealthy enough? It was quite embarrassing actually. But everyone at Sierra Motors was welcoming and they have great customer service! Highly recommend!

The only dealer that has always went beyond service for us. We have bought 5 vehicles from them in the last fourteen years. They take super care of you and your vehicles. Steve Lane is the service manager. I have him on speed dial. Chelsea is great. Buying our trucks here have been the only way to go. Fixed pricing. One time when I got off work my battery was dead. Even though they were closing they came out got me going and they replaced my battery. In the dark. All their employees are great. We feel like family.

Clay, the body shop manager and his office manager Angela, were absolutely hands-down awesome. I was kept in the loop with the repair of my truck and even offered at ride to Enterprise Rental Car if I needed one. Everyone was polite and friendly.
The turn-around time was excellent and the communication was top notch.
But, most importantly the repairs to my truck looked flawless, just as it did when I purchased it new 18 months ago.
I would definitely recommend Sierra Motors in Jamestown to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle. I have absolutely no negatives to share regarding my experience thus far with Sierra Motors.

This was the first time I went up the hill to Sierra Motors after already hearing good things multiple times. Ricky was the salesman who worked with me. That dude was so straight forward and helpful that I didn’t feel like I was even at a dealership. Not only did he help me get exactly what I wanted but he went above and beyond to make sure it happened. That’s your guy if you want your dream truck or car. I’ll never go anywhere else now.
