I brought these guys my brand new RPF1 wheels with a matte finish that I wanted tires swapped over + an alignment. They said they could do it so I trusted them with my business. I chose them mostly based off of their google reviews and location.

When I got home I noticed damage to all four of my tires in the center cap section of the wheels. The finish was completely scratched off beyond any type of repair. Nothing was said to me about this when I went in to pay. This tells me that the techs at this shop have no regard for your tires and are not honest enough to admit a mistake and make it right. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop at all costs. Over $1200 in damage.

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service we received at your shop on August 1st. My husband and I were on a road trip, trailering our Jeep to Georgetown to run the Rubicon Trail. Coming down Grants Pass in Oregon, we lost a trailer tire, but were able to replaced it with our spare and continue on. About 13 hours into our journey and about 15 minutes outside of Placerville, we lost a second tire, placing us in a difficult position.
After making several calls to local tire shops, we were fortunate enough to find Sierra Tire and spoke with Jason. He let us know that your team had the tires we needed in stock and immediately offered assistance. We limped the trailer into the Sierra Tire parking lot on three wheels hot, frazzled, and fatigued after such a long drive.
Upon our arrival, Robbie gave us her immediate and full attention, coming outside to assess the situation and tasking her crew with concise instructions to give us full priority and get us back on the road as soon as possible. Your amazing team had us road-ready in 30 minutes! We only wish that we had gotten everyone’s name so we could give individual thanks. The friendly demeanor and reasonable pricing were greatly appreciated during what could have been a very stressful time.

I went in here after fleeing the Caldor Fire and they were demeaning because I've chosen to not have car payments and keep an older (2014) car. I'd just lost my job as a Forest Service campground host not two days before when I had to pack up in the middle of the night and leave because the fire was swiftly approaching. I was trying to get a used tire or repair to get me back on the road. Disgraceful, disrespectful behavior.

These guys are the best. Jason helped me pick out some tires for my Z06 Corvette over the phone and ordered what I needed. Mike was the guy that checked in my car and it was done in about an hour. Fast friendly service. I found my new tire place.

I’m a new customer .. well, actually I’ll never be a customer to this place since they refused to give me an estimate on a quote. He said they can’t give quotes without inspecting the vehicle first. Lol I’m sorry WHAT? Usually, people call around town and get quotes from multiple places and then decide which one they want to go with. That’s the point of a QUOTE, but you want me to tow my vehicle to you, just so you can tell me what I already know about what it needs done? Sounds like a scheme-ish way to get people in the door, and a great way to lose business. Awful first impression. Great job, guys.
