I have never had an issue that wasn’t resolved here at Pill Box. The ladies and gents that have been there through the years have always been respectful, hardworking, LOTS of patience, and most of all they ALL have a sense of humor! I would give them stellar compliments here, but I’d rather tell them face to face so I can see their pretty faces and big smiles. They are A # 1 in my book.

This pharmacy is usually pretty good. Today my visit was not great, I picked up a prescription refill and was asked to pay more for it than usual. I questioned and asked if it was run through my insurance, twice, and was answered yes it was. After leaving it still didn’t make sense to me so I called and talked to the head pharmacist who actually checked for me on the phone and it actually wasn’t run through my insurance. They offered a refund which was expected, but this seemed a bit devious. I like that staff here, typically, but will watch them closely from here on out.

Bud and Amber Grant are two unreliable and shady person who purchased a cable from our store back in November 2020. Order cancelled along your credit card authorization. Called us 9 months later blaming us we took their money. We do not need your $24.49. You do not even know how to track order or your account. Cancellation emails sent to you at that time.
