I just visited this morning and I cannot thank both Isaac and Katie enough for their help! They were incredibly friendly and offered a lot of education about ski hardware as I was bringing in a new set of skis. Avoid any location of this dishonest/shady business. They gave me broken equipments for “premium season rental”. Yes, for $240 premium price, you got equipment doesn’t work at all when you are in the ski area. My two trips got wasted. The first time the shoe didn’t fit. The second time the ski didn’t work.

I got a season rental a couple weeks ago and came across a deal on a setup. When I called to ask if there was any way I could get a refund, mind you it’s October, so I’ve very clearly not used them yet, I was told it was 100% non refundable. No discounted rate, no in store credit. Just a very firm, screw you.
Not exactly customer oriented service.

Me and my family get our skis here and let me tell you that this place is a perfect way to get either a season or day rent. The staff is nice and informative, and are wonderful with working with beginners. They give really good insight, and I would definitely recommend this to any seasoned or new ski/snowboarder!

I booked my rentals months in advanced and when I showed up my ski's were ready, so that was nice. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the selection of rentals available. I rented a demo pair and when I got there they only had one pair available in my size and they were quite beat up. This was also the case with multiple people in my party. We ended up just exchanging the skis at the location in Park City, as they had a much larger selection. Next time I probably won't rent from this Ski n See location strictly because of the lack of selection. Overall though the staff was friendly and receptive.

Just bought new skis and boots here and had a great experience. Seth was super knowledgeable and helped me find boots that fit right and skis that were exactly what I was looking for. He even got the skis mounted in time for me to break in the skis the same weekend!
