Going on a trip down to NOLA, car started making a grinding sound with the brakes. Came down as they were the only ones open. Explained my situation. They looked at me and said “it’ll be okay okay. We will get you taken care of.” They went above and beyond to help me figure out the issues, and replace a rotor. Chris sat and talked with me for a bit to calm me down when I was very very upset because of how stressed and upset I was. Was also very honest about turning back and picking up a rental as I also had an oil leak as well. They will definitely treat you like family here. They calmed down a very upset young adult. If I lived closer I would 10000000000% come back here anytime I needed anything done! I will forever be greatful for the kindness I was shown today at Smart Chevrolet!

Found vehicle we wanted remotely, called into dealership from Texas and got with Eddie. Negotiated, set up and quickly got deal done, filled out application, sent wire transfer and 2 days later booked a Houston to Little Rock one way United airlines trip, Eddie had a driver pick me up (he was a great guy) and drove me back to dealership. Sat down with Alex on paperwork and within an hour was driving back home. Easiest car purchase we’ve done yet and they did as they said and said as they did! Would recommend them both and Eddie and Alex have both called and stayed in touch on how we are doing. Highly recommend Smart and these men. Love the truck thanks for making it easy!
