In my line of work I would never send a paying customer out before I did everything in my power to make sure all problems were solved and I performed 100% the highest quality service possible. With that being said homeboy here does not operate by these codes at all and even had the audacity to say I'm getting VIP treatment because he kept his doors open a lil bit later than usual when on google it says his shop hours are incorrectly posted. long story short I paid $220 to have my phone fixed and the the phone aint fixed at all. Still waiting for my new phone to come in the mail which I went thru insurance. Should've just did that in the first place but I was in a hurry to get it fixed and bro picked up on my urgency and anxiety immediately. I won't be doing business here ever again and you shouldn't either

I’ve had both my daughters phones as well as my own fixed here multiple times. I can’t understand any of the negative reviews.. they are really nice, fair prices and fixed them in less than an hour. Great customer service. Highly recommend

This shop has first rate customer service. They fast, knowledgable and reasonably priced. A replacement battery for my iPhone 5s cost $49.99 and took less than an hour to service. They also replaced the camera. Cannot recommend this shop enough! David and Tony are great!

If you’re looking to get your iPhone screen repaired you are better off going to Apple and getting an oem screen replacement.

They say they use high quality expensive screens but I swear they are using cheap $50-60 ones. My new screen only lasted four days before a small drop shattered it.

I’ll give them 1.5 stars because they can fix water damage and apple won’t.

I dropped and shattered I phone 5 screen and was looking for a place to fix my phone. I found this place just driving by and it was great! They were open at 7 a.m which was great for me. The worker there wes really cool and was able to fix my phone for me within a few hours and now my phone looks brand new. They also repair most electronics which is good to know, will definitely go back to smart stop for any future repairs. 🙂

Definitely the best phone store and repair shop in the valley. Honest pricing and quick repairs. I've been shopping here for years and the gentleman who run the shop are always willing to lend a hand or help with my issues. Just got my new Iphone from Nick, I couldn't be happier.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I brought a iPhone 6s Plus here and the screen was broken. They called and said it was water damaged and they could try to fix it. I said ok. First mistake I made. They said they would have to keep it overnight. The next day they kept saying a few more hours. At about 5pm I called to see if it was done they said that they couldn't fix it. They charged me 175 to basically replace the screen. And the phone wouldn't turn on anymore. I ended up going through my insurance due them totally ruins my phone. When I originally took it in to replace the screen. If your thinking about coming here. DONT. THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

After looking around for an affordable yet quality repair store to repair my iphone 5s, I ran into Smart Stop Wireless on google and they had really nice reviews so I decided to give them a shot. As soon as I arrived I received immediate service from a very nice guy named Mark, after giving some information Mark and the Smart Stop team went to work on my phone, finishing in less than 30 minutes. The results were just what i'd been looking for, my phone returned to me in perfect shape and i couldn't thank them enough. The reviews you see on here are no joke, these guys are professional and really care about their customers, if you have any technical needs these guys are where you should look. 5/5 is just what they deserve!
