My hubby and i biught a torch and it stopped working the next day so my hubby took it back to see if we could exchange it for a new one and instead of the worker just saying no, he flipped out and chased him out of the store cussing at him. A few people saw it and said how messed up the worker was. We will never go back to that place again. WORSE SMOKE SHOP IN OROVILLE

I have been shopping at this shop since I was old enough to buy and have purchased several water pipes at Smoke Tokes. Always had a great experience, even messed up and bought the wrong size bowl a few times and they replaced it. 10/10 would recommend, the owner has been honest and loyal, giving the best prices in town for great pieces, 5 years in a row for me! Highly underestamated shop!

Normally they have good service inside the store, but when you call them they don't answer there phone, at anytime, and if they do answer the phone, they are completely rude to you, and don't really answer your questions. They sound like they are in a rush to hurry up and get off the phone with you. On some days when you go into the store it depends on there attitude, on how they treat you. Almost every time I have walked in there they were respectful and nice, but if you catch them on a day were you can tell they have had a day day they are completely disrespectful towards you. I will not be going back or calling them again!!!!!

Clerk was very knowledgeable and actually told me where could find what I was looking for! Takes a great customer service to reroute someone to the items they when you don't carry it. I will be buying things there and helping support their business in the future, and direct others there due to their great prices and grand customer service

Place is a total rip off! Sold me a broken item and the refused to exchange it. Place is very over priced and the owners are the rudest people. Don't know how they're in business when there are so many great shops in town like andy's or blazin J's. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place at all costs. It's very overpriced. Save yourself the trouble and time and go to andy's! Awesome service, great selection and awesome prices.

Can't make change for a 50 and there's some type of a sign you first walk in saying help me. Don't think I can make it or something like that there's a better place down the street next to Papa Murphy's just had there
