Horrible customer service. I bought my Ram in Manteca but moved up here and thought I’d give Sonora a try for my routine oil change. Website shows they have an express lane just like Manteca this is false advertising they do not. The man in the service department was very defensive when I spoke to him he was not willing to help at all or give advice on where I could go as I’m new to town. I went to speak with the Manager and the entire time I was talking to him he was staring at his phone. I truly wish I would have just drove down to Manteca lesson learned. I will not ever go back here and most definitely will never buy from them if this is the experience you get. Horrible customer service horrible interactions excuse after excuse unwillingness to help poor qualities of a Dealership I hope the owner reads this!
