I recently had my vehicle in for a routine service at Sonora Ford, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! From start to finish, the staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. Scheduling my appointment was easy, and I am beyond appreciative for the courtesy pick up and drop off of my truck!

The technicians took the time to thoroughly inspect my car, and they communicated clearly about what needed attention (normal maintenance) and what didn’t. The service was completed on time, and my car is running great!

They came to my house to address a recall on my Ford 150 truck. While they were here they performed an inspection of my truck for ties, brakes, fluids.. etc. AND is was all free! Incredible friendly service guy. Here and gone in 30 minutes. Terrific customer service!

Ordered a vehicle from Sonora Ford and was in and out in few hours, once the vehicle was ready for pickup. I feel if I had my financing in place ahead of time it would have been closer to 2.5 hours. Mike was a pleasure to deal with from the start! Friendly, professional and extremely easy to work with. I ordered the vehicle and was updated on a regular basis and the vehicle came in a few days early!!! This was by far the best experience buying a vehicle ever!!!! No pressure.

Richard in financing was also a pleasure to work with. Explained the various options and there was no upsell pressure.

Last few times I’ve been in there there’s always something not right. Last year had radiator flushed and refilled, checked level week after service was down 1 gallon of coolant and there are no leaks. Somebody didn’t check there work. This last time came in for recall, part was replaced and an inspection was done to vehicle. It was noted that my washer fluid reservoir was cracked( it is not) and that they topped reservoir off which they did not. Makes you wonder what other service they say they completed that were not done.

We would highly recommend Sonora Ford Subaru. The salesman, Matthew, was well informed and professional about the Forester we went in to check out answering our questions without pressuring us. This is our third Forester, so we were somewhat familiar with the model. Pete in the finance dept. was professional as well. Buying our new car was a pleasant experience. Thanks to you all.

The Service Department here is excellent. Securing regular servicing for my 2017 Escape is a breeze. Communication from Moriah about rates and progress of maintenance is very good. Everyone seems to be conscientious, wanting to do a good job for the client. Living in Groveland, I especially love the pickup/return service - technically free, but I do tip the driver(s). (:>) It's worth it not having to sit at the dealership for half-day. I can stay home and get some chores done. Highly recommend this location's service department. Very courteous and professional.
