Got my 10.2 inch slider for iPad when you order it says wait two weeks because every order is made to order not gonna lie. I was kind of nervous I emailed and emailed was no response so in two weeks my order arrived and was amazing and I also received the email back stating orders shipped.

Do not buy ANYTHING from this company!!!!!

I ordered a custom dash (ipad floatmount system) from Soundman and had an initial conversation about pricing, timeframe to complete the work, etc. I paid the $600 deposit. Since I am an out of state customer (living on the east coast), I mailed a brand new dash panel and brand new iPad for this project.

I communicated with Kelly to ensure the items arrived (which they did in mid-Sept 2021). She told me she received my items and that Doug was finishing up a project and ensured me my dash mod would be completed within the next batch of 4. This was in mid September. I reached back out at the end of October (10/21/21) to see when I could expect the project to be completed. She was noncommittal about when the project would be done, but assured me it was in the batch of 4 and that he was working on mine that week. Doug even responded in the beginning of November with a picture of my dash and and a mocked up dash panel. I give another month before I reached back out. On December 9th, I asked when I could expect the panel to be completed. After waiting a week without hearing a response, I asked for my money back.

After 3 months of waiting, reaching out, waiting some more, I wish the company was more responsive and gave me an update rather than waiting for me to ask. I would have waited longer if they could have committed to when the project would have been done. I only was told how "slammed" they were and how I was next. Next never came.

I purchased and then quickly received the infamous soundman Christmas D'Angelo. It was packaged well and contained the receipt plus a nice thankyou hand written on the receipt. It looks fantastic with the light kit on my car, matches color for color. Pictures don't quite do it just even from one of the latest Samsung phones.If I can figure it out there will be a picture. I digress, as cheap as it is its bright, charges with a USB, no changing batteries, bright but not blinding. Just right!
