I had the most wonderful experience at this jewelry store! Tali was absolutely amazing—kind, helpful, and communicated everything perfectly. She and her team adjusted the size on my necklace and bracelet with such precision, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only did she give me a great deal, but her professionalism and understanding made the entire experience seamless. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This is definitely a place I'll be returning to for all my jewelry needs—I'm a lifetime customer now. Highly recommend!

Ive been shopping for my fine jewelry and buillon at this store for years. Honestly I cant get better prices anywhere else. I love the selection and i even had them make me a custom ring that came out beautifully.

Each time I go in I have been pleasantly pleased with their Customer service skills and friendliness. I recommend South Bay Gold and can honestly say I have left a happy customer every time. Today I was assisted by Samuel who was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, attentive and ready to assist me. I am impressed each time with excellent customer service I’ve received and am happy to say they are the best I’ve found.

Sold some gold bullion. They did not have enough cash on hand, so they asked if I could come back the next day. I live like 20-30 minutes away and not that convenient for me. Samuel said he could write me a check if I could not cash it till the next day. So I was ok at this point, no problem, no big deal. So the next day before I went to the bank I gave them a call asking if the check was ok to cash and they asked if they could call me back cause they were busy I said that was acceptable. So I got a call back asking if I could wait 1 more day before I cash the check I agreed so the next day I did the same as the last and called and was told no sorry not yet but a deposit was going to be made at the end of the day and I for sure would be able to cash the check and i would not be able to call because they would be closed. So I was promised that money would be deposited so there would be enough money to cover the check they gave me days prior. I know most of you probably already seen it coming. They did not do what they said and promised, and they bounced that check and cost me thousands of dollars. So I called upset and spoke with an employee who would take my message. I was called back shortly by an apologetic Samuel asking for me to explain. Once I explained , he said he was 100% at fault and so sorry that this happened. He also said he would fix it and make it right. He was very sorry he said this week was busy for him and if he could call me on Monday to make things right. Once again, as most of you can imagine, today is Monday the store has closed, and I received no phone call.

I hate being lied to. Over and over to my face and over the phone. I'm hoping this review reaches whoever it needs to do that this can get fixed.

I've bought gold coins here and as a new buyer I found the staff friendly and knowledgable. Recently when a very old Rolex I had needed repair I decided to give them a try and I have to say they did a beautiful job, at a fair price. It's a 1963 Rolex that now looks and works like new. I'm impressed. Special thanks to Jordan who made it happen.

We were recommended to South Bay Gold by a relative of the owner. We purchased our wedding bands, an engagement ring, diamond earrings and a diamond ring. All custom made, all nearly flawless diamonds and they were BREATHTAKING. We had an amazing experience with Sam from start to finish.

Fast forward a few years later, I had an issue with my wedding band and couldn't reach Sam. I stopped by Finley's and ended up dealing with one of his employees which wasn't a great experience. The individual who recommended us to SBG asked how my ring (repair) had turned out and he was rather upset that the employee of Sam's charged me to fix it.

Now, almost 13 years later, I am looking to sell all my pieces. (I am now across the country) I have called, emailed, messaged, sent smoke signals, etc. to no avail. I've left messages with "Paul" who has no knowledge of the industry and was extremely rude and said "the boss is really busy, he doesn't have time for you". All I was inquiring about was if they still had paperwork (receipts/value) from that far back. Sam had also sent out my engagement ring (stone) to GIA for a grading report. Jewelers around here cannot find the laser inscription on the stone and I do not physically have the grading report so I was hoping (the number) was somehow in their system so that I could access the report via the GIA website. But nothing.

It's a shame to see a business that had such promise and is noted for creating such beautiful custom pieces diminish due to employing the wrong individuals.

I have been purchasing precious metals for years around the globe and this has got to be the most efficient, knowledgeable, and honest group I have ever come across. My first visit there confirmed they are a stellar company to do business with. Sam and Juan were exceptional and provided excellent customer service. My time in the area was very limited yet I could have spent hours in there with the beautiful showcases of quality jewelry.
