They did not have what I needed, but they were very nice and direct to me to a location where I could pick up the product I needed. I really appreciated that since I had no idea where to go.
They also have their frozen fruit pies like all the rest of the Ace Hardware’s, which is amazing. They do great pies.

Lady refused to return the item because it had a scratch. This scratch existed when I purchased it and she (manager?) insisted that I cannot return it.

The person that helped me to choose the tool told me I can get both tools and just keep whichever tool works for my case and return the other.

I feel completely lied to. And I also paid 19 USD per a basic tool, so they overcharged and also refused to let me return.

Complete disapppointment, won't be shopping here ever again.

Closes regularly at 6pm when the posted hours say 7pm. This causes your potential customers to waste thir time and money driving here to see a worthless apology letter written on the door. 6 vehicles arrived and left while I wrote this review. Do your job and change your hours online. Don't make excuses or apologies.

Ace is great! Helpful staff, easy to navigate store. While this isn't the biggest/most robust Ace, they usually have what I need at a convenient location, typically easy to park there in spite of the chaos at stateline.

Just wanted to say I shop here very frequently as we are redoing our entire house and live very close and Katie has always been the biggest help. She is always willing to help with a very genuine attitude. A truly rare thing these days, if all customer service employees were like Katie the world would be a much better place!
