Beyond frustrated with this specific store. I called May 3rd to ask about getting my phones fingerprint reader fixed because it was peeling and you could see the silver color from under my purple phone. They said it would take 2 business days for it to arrive for my phone and that someone would call me back once they got it in. A week passed and no ones called so we called them and they said the part hasn't came in yet, another week goes by and still no call. We finally called them today to ask if it came in and gave them our account info, they said to stop by so we did. We gave them my phone and they said it would be an hour, we waited 1 hour and 30 mins and no one called us to say it was done. We went inside and they finished it, asked us to rate them 10/10 and while I was putting on my case I noticed the reader was blue!!! We went back inside and they said they didnt have the purple color, what the heck was I waiting 2 weeks for then? They didnt even feel like they had to tell us they didnt have my specific color! I was beyond livid I should have just went to the encinitas location. At least they know good customer service!

I wish I could give negative stars. I went to another sprint store after I had a bad experience yesterday. My son wanted a new phone so I got the note 9...I was offered the galaxy gear watch for half price. Instead of $16 per month I would pay $8 per month for 24 months and then I would own the watch. When I got home and connected the watch to my phone, it discovered I was being charged and additional $15 monthly charge so instead of $8 I'm being charged apparently $23. I am cautioning everyone to record every word said by a sprint employee because this company's employee say one thing and then hit you with exorbitant fees. My fellow consumer read every word of the contract with sprint before you sign. This company LIES to scam money from unsuspecting customers. If you can avoid this company please do, it will save you both money and value time. Sprint stands for scamming people for a few extra dollars. I will be returning the galaxy gear watch tomorrow and contacting the consumer financial protection bureau to file a complaint.

I don’t usually write a review but when I get great service, and I get more than I expected, versus other retail stores, I want to make sure the credit is granted. I was extremely pleased with the support Anthony provided. Very polite, very well educated of the service provided and he made us feel comfortable with our purchase. I will indeed recommend this store to all of my friends as I have done in the past.

This store and company is an absolute JOKE. Almost 6 months ago we started with Sprint. The associate that helped me LIED through her teeth just to make more commission. Initially she told me my deposit/down payment would be about $500 BUT if I added 3 more lines it would be $0. I said “no way” - until she said “don’t worry it’s completely free and your bill will be exactly the same either way. We even have a rebate program right now so if you have a credit union you’ll get $100 back per line. The best part is after you get the rebate you can call and cancel the extra lines” I have spent days going back and forth with customer care as well as a manager at the store and literally not one person will do one thing to help me. This employee committed fraudulent charges to my account and I am stuck with the costs. My bill is almost an additional $100/month and if I cancel ANY OF THE ADDITIONAL LINES I WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE AND THE COST OF THE “free” PHONES. Please do yourself a favor and save your time and money and never get service with Sprint. The employees don’t care about you, and neither does customer care. This is pathetic customer service.

This particular location came highly recommended. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with the staffs full attention. Lily ( Store manager ) quickly jumped on board helping me. I desperately wanted out of my relationship with AT&T and needed several lines and adjustments. I needed new phones and phone numbers. Lily treated me like I was her best friend. She clearly informed me of all the options and opportunities that the cell phones and Company offered. Once she had all my major concerns address she hooked me up with Keith. My experience with Keith was equally amazing as it was with Lily! I’ve had to go back several times for different needs in the last week and every sales person I’ve dealt with at the store has been incredibly intuitive and helpful! Most of all patient with me and all my needs. I appreciate you all!

One star is too much for this store. The service department repeatedly over promises and under delivers. My teen age son has been without a phone for over 2 weeks as they order parts that don’t fix it and then had to order a replacement phone. We’re told it will be here on this date then when we show up on that date were told a different date and they don’t know why we were told the other date. When we started we could have paid $56 and gotten a brand new phone which we would have happily done if they would have just been up front and honest about how long it would take to get a replacement.
We have been with Sprint for 20 years!…Seriously 20 years, that’s gotta be some kind of record with 1 cell phone company. This weekend I think we are switching to Verizon.

All I gotta say is go to RHODY. I had the worst experience with my phone. I lost it on the top of my car at the hospital visiting a family member on life support. This is not the first time I showed up an emotional wreck and just not the greatest customer. RHODY has taken care of me every time without batting an eye super knowledgeable and just the help I truly needed at that moment. I won’t go to any other Sprint store again or talk to anyone from here on out because I got 100% customer service right here. I highly recommend this store and of course their workers. Always friendly to me when I come in.
