NOT the place to go for plumbing supplies.
I am a contractor doing a bathroom remodel, and the plumber needed a specific part. We called ahead to make sure they had what was needed, and asked that it be held at the counter, before I drove across town for it. What the store staff sold me was NOT correct. Consequently, this supposed Plumbing specialty store wasted over an hour of my time, as well as the time of the plumber who was waiting on the part. When I called the store about their mistake, I was informed that they didn’t actually have the correct part, and offered an annoyed apology.

We eventually found the correct part at M1 Specialties. This place was fantastic!!! Their staff is super friendly, actually know their plumbing, AND their prices on parts are far better than Standard. M1 is absolutely my companies new go-to plumbing source!

Love this location. Always someone available to help and all are very knowledgeable. Especially at the Hydraulics counter Mike and Chance are always so patient even with my silly questions. Appreciate u guys!

The intelligent people who work here dont wear useless masks that are proven totally ineffective at slowing disease transmission. I love that. I hate going to stores full of zombies who think a mask actually helps them not get the common cold that the politicians renamed "covid" and passed off as a plague. Intelligent people here folks. shop here. Dumb people think they need a mask for the cold after decades of living and humanity never before needed masks, suddenly... these very unbright souls think it's only common sense that masks are needed, even when their lord fauci said himself masks are useless... lmao

Employees don't wear masks here. A few do but most don't. Many customers walk around without their masks as well. Completely unsafe to shop here.
