Went here last week to look at a computer for my son. Raymond was super helpful in finding the right machine for my son’s schooling needs. He was very knowledgeable and really took the time to help us find the right one showing us the various specifications corresponding to the price. Thankfully they had a deal for the machine we got. I highly recommend the lead tech support here. P.S. they also recycle old machines, phones and small electronics / devices here and wires as well.

Just went here this morning for a print. No one came to help initially so i sent my files to the email address as advertised. A gentlemen then came and asked how he could help, i explained i was wanting a print but just sent it to the email address. He then said he wasn't taking any orders because he was too busy, but if it was a simple print i could do it from a computer and i said well its on cardstock and then proceeded to say sorry I'm too busy and referred me to FedEX.

Thanks for the referral to FedEX, they did a great job. Will be going there more frequently!

I had bad service at the printing. I order some business cards and they had me on hold on the phone for a long time. Kept calling to try to get information on when they will be done and they just keep putting me on hold or they dont know what to say. No one is able to give me information or pass me to a manager when I requested to speak to someone. While I'm waiting on hold they pick up the phone and put it back on hold. The guy who answered me didn't let me explained my whole situation and just cut me off and put me on hold. In the morning I waited for one hour and a half. Super bad service.

My second order for business cards and boy the staff was very unfriendly today! 2 older gentleman at Amazon returns as well as the girl at print pick up. If you don’t like your job go work elsewhere you can smile 🙂 2 stars for the same day printing services!

Waited in line 20 min to have one page printed and sized to 4x4 and they said they can’t do it because it takes to long and they don’t know how… don’t go here the most basic of printing and under a min of time is to much for them….
