My wife and I traded a car a few weeks ago with Matt. We live about 3 hours away from Stephen's Chevrolet and Matt was able to work with us via phone, text and email. We did everything you'd normally do at the dealership remotely. Great salesman and very accommodating. Gave us great trade value and a fair price on the car we bought. We would 100% do business here again. Highly recommend giving Matt a call if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

Very bad experience id give them 0 stars if i could . I bought my car from them and have always had it serviced there , they left oil filter loose n I had to go get my fiance and MY 7 MONTH OLD 4 hrs away from home bc the car poured the oil out and they wouldn't honor the tow bill or anything . There management bucked up on us when they was asked how they'd feel if it was there baby sitting on the side of the road trapped , very rude n disrespectful will never recommend them to another soul after this experience . Will be going to talk to lawyer over my 1457 dollar tow bill and it's a 2021 trailblazer less them with 40,000 miles , I got it for her so I wouldn't have to worry about stuff like this. STEPHENS AUTO is a joke and I hope they go out of business for how they treat there loyal customers - to the owners i hope yalls reevaluate your management

You may want to think twice before getting your vehicle serviced at Stephens Chevrolet. Their website states that their “Certified Service” experts can change your oil quickly. I don’t dispute quickly, but when their “Certified Service” experts can’t install a oil filter correctly, it makes you wonder what kind of experts are working on your vehicle. You would assume that a dealership that charges more than other auto service centers could complete a simple task of changing the oil and oil filter.
I was traveling thru the area and needed my trucks oil changed. 2 days later I discovered I was leaking oil and had lost over ½ a quart. Because I was almost 500 miles away from Stephens Chevrolet, I took it a local mechanic in Glasgow, KY who determined that the oil filter hadn’t been tightened correctly. After turning it a ¼ turn, the issue of leaking oil was done.
It took 2 attempts trying to contact Stephens Chevrolet Service Manager, Johnny Rowe by email. He left a voice mail to call him. When I tried to call, I was put in touch with a service adviser, who told me they were very sorry and that the Service Manager would call me on Monday. 3 days later, never heard from him.
I spent the extra money assuming I would get professional work on my truck instead of taking it to a place that might be cheaper. After this experience with Stephens Chevrolet Service Department, you may want to have your vehicle serviced where you don’t have to worry about what wasn’t completed.
