Bought a pair of boots from here less than 10 days ago. Leather has already torn apart.
I took it back to the store and they wouldn’t replace or repair them as I didn’t have the box (had worn them out of the store) or receipt.
Showed my purchase history on my credit card but they would accept that.

Now left with a broken pair of boots that cost nearly $200.
Thought a reputable brand such as this would have better customer service.

This place is so ghetto, they had music playing with a lot of bad words. The staff was just standing around and at one point dancing instead of assisting customers. They were all hanging out by the registers. In my opinion when someone spends so much money on shoes and this type of atmosphere is presented it feels like you’re spending money in the wrong location. . I saw 2 people walk out.

The moment I walked through the door, I knew this place was going to be nice. Great music selection and the workers were very welcoming and quick to help. I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had here. There was an associate named Ray that guided and helped me throughout the whole process. She literally was a ray of sunshine!

Very disappointing service. I didn't end up buying the shoes I wanted because there were none in my size. The lady who assisted me, wearing a jumpsuit, was extremely rude due to the fact I didn't want to buy the shoes in a different color. Her reaction was disturbing to say the least. I won't be back to a store that can't provide excellent customer service no matter what. For die hard Steve Madden fans, like myself, go to the Topanga Mall. Great service with a smile, no matter what!!

I was there earlier today, I was ready to buy 2 pairs of shoes but the sales person was really rude, they were not giving me they price that was marked on the shoes and plus they told me to shut up he even put his hand on my face to shut me up when I was just trying to explain why they not were not respecting those prices and he said that they were not talking to me. I was very offended by that and I didn't like they were treating me seriously, I just had to leave the store!!!! I don't know how rude people can be working as sales person!!!!
