I found Stockroom Picks while planning a Hobbit-themed surprise dinner party. I wanted to get all my rentals from one place to keep it simple and avoid numerous delivery fees, and I wanted a mismatched eclectic vibe. Stockroom Picks was AMAZING. They were responsive with proposals and invoice, made quick changes when I needed to add or subtract items from my order, their inventory is dreamy, and they were on time and happy to be there for both delivery and pickup. I cannot recommend them enough. We got tables, chairs, chargers, all tableware and silverware, glassware, candlesticks, rugs, and more!

So grateful for Stockroom Picks! I was in charge of decor for my brothers wedding and they had a very specific theme. The staff at Stockroom were super helpful with suggesting a for helping me pick rentals to fit the theme and made the process really easy. They dropped off everything the night before and picked up everything for me the next day. Everyone loved all the furniture pieces!! Everything I rented from Stockroom Picks really made the wedding beautiful!

The ladies here are incredible, they have such an eye for pieces that fit together it made our wedding renting experience extremely easy & so fun!! They are BEYOND professional, extremely fun, and genuinely the best people. I have used this rental company for MANY parties and cannot say enough good things about them and their work. All of their rental pieces are truly one of a kind and the florals are always amazing. The combo really makes your event stand out. Rikki, Sami and Shirley are the most genuine people and would do anything to make your event a success. The booking process is effortless and the delivery and pick ups are always on time so there’s no stress as the client. Would recommend them again and again for any type of event!

I have personally used stockroom picks and picked floristry for so many different events. From Mother’s Day gifts, to full on rentals for a bridal shower, baby shower or party. They go above and beyond. I cannot refer them anymore than I already do. Please, do yourself a favor and book them. These ladies are amazing coordinators, have a fantastic stockroom full of so many beautiful timeless pieces!

I initially intended to leave a positive 4-star review for Stockroom Picks due to their extensive selection and the straightforward pricing available on their website. However, my experience with their contract terms and post-rental interactions changed my impression. I’m sharing this feedback to help others understand what to expect and to offer constructive suggestions for Stockroom Picks which they desperately need.

Stockroom Picks has a great variety of items, and the rental process began smoothly. I appreciated the upfront availability and pricing, which made it easy to find what we needed.

However, issues arose with the contract (a bunch of extra potential charges) and return arrangements. While the venue owner was exceptionally flexible with both delivery and pickup times with them —even accommodating rescheduling—Stockroom Picks was far less flexible with me when it came to returning the items. They informed me that they now required two people to retrieve the furniture because of its current location, despite typically needing only one. I offered to assist and be the second person to help their employee move the items, but they declined, citing liability and workers’ compensation concerns.

With only about an hour's notice, I told them that I could not find someone to help me move the furniture to exactly where it was initially delivered. When I requested a bit more time to arrange help, they were unwilling to accommodate, insisting that the pickup occur at the time they said, resulting, of course, in additional charges ($150). I fully understand that the contract specifies these extra fees, but it was disappointing to experience such inflexibility after the venue owner had been so accommodating with delivery and pickup times with them. It felt very one way street with them.

My primary suggestion to Stockroom Picks would be to consider allowing some flexibility, or little more time notice, or better yet express expectations. A bit of flexibility could have turned an otherwise positive experience into an excellent one, fostering stronger customer loyalty. I think that if somone asks me about them, I would probably steer them away by just providing my experience and that should not be the case. The world needs better customer service and it's unfortunate that once we grow in our businesses we tend to forget that when this was probably what got us where it did. I wish them much success of course.

I hope people reading this find it honest and constructive. I am a business owner myself and I know how important customer service is that it sadden me to be treated like this. I felt force to give into their ways.

If you want to know about great bartender though, please ask. I found someone who was the pure example of customer service (no, I am not promoting myself here, I do not do bartendering services) but these people saved us after our bartender canceled the night before the event.

I am SO glad we chose Stockroom Picks & Floristry for our wedding!!! From start to finish, the experience was great. They seemed to really care about the look we were going for (which was a colorful/boho/backyard camp theme) and the final product was perfection. Their rental selection is without a doubt top tier for the Central Valley, and their floristry skills are 10/10! I still can’t believe how beautiful our flowers turned out. Better than I ever dreamed. They kept me in the loop with their ideas which I really appreciated. Our wedding day wouldn’t have been what it was without them! Thank you guys for being so awesome!!! 🙂

The ladies of Stockroom Picked are great to work with. They offer a wonderful selection of rustic and patina furniture for events. They’ve always been honest, on time with deliveries and pick ups. Brides they have the absolute best glass goblet collection. 😍 great western items, lots of rugs and hides available.
