I had gone to another 'hut' and they had what I wanted but the pair they had was scratched. Mattie was so kind, she called another 'hut' in the mall and they had what I wanted. So I was able to walk out of the mall with my new glasses. BTW - Did I mention that I just had Multifocal Lasik surgery yesterday on my left eye and last Monday on my right eye, so I really needed a quality pair of sunglasses. Thank you Kaene at the 2nd 'hut' fir having the pair I wanted and actually "needed."
I will definitely recommend the Sunglass Hut to all my friends and relatives.

I’m so angry! I came into this store because I was gifted a park of sunglasses. I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. Without asking, both the woman working and manager refunded the sunglasses to the original form of payment. Again, it was a gift. So not only did I not get a new pair, but I couldn’t even take the old pair. So they essentially took my $75 gift from me and I left empty handed. They both said there was nothing they could do. I called customer service and they also said nothing could be done. Glad Sunglasses Hut stole my Mother’s Day gift. Thanks.

i stop at this store yesterday Sunday, I found the perfect Ray ban glasses, the girl who help me was super friendly and she know about glasses and styles. I don't her name she is a blond girl who was working there on Sunday around 4:30 PM. defiantly I will be back to buy another pair of glasses soon. thank you

It was so much fun shopping here! The store is so nice and everything is displayed easy to see and try on! They make you feel welcome and it doesn’t feel awkward with covid restrictions. I bought 3 sunglasses that I’m so excited to get in the mail! The warranty is the best I’ve ever heard of!!!! You should go check it out!!!! It’s a fun store!
