Swarovski

I like their jewelry a lot. However, I don't understand why they have the same inventory most times throughout the year and why the prices on these same pieces keep climbing.

I went this store yesterday there were no customers. The woman seem upset even seeing me come into the store. She walked very close to me and asked me in a very rude voice could she help me. I said no I wanted to looked around first. She simply stood there then I asked if that was a problem. Mind you the store was empty I thought it would be a great chance to look at your rings up close that I saw online. Unfortunately the sales lady told me that I could not touch anything. So I don’t know my ring size and I could not get any help because she seemed really mad at me for even coming into the store. I felt very uncomfortable and even a little scared of her so I took a quick around of the store and left. Is this your normal policy not to allow customers to try on jewelry to see if it’s their ring size? I was going to try and go back with my mom but I’m scared too.

Bought earrings from this store for my mother in law and they were lost while she was in the hospital. Three hour drive to get to Arden mall in hopes to replace her most loved earrings. Arrived in store with high hopes- store had no customers- the woman working was extremely rude as if we were a bother- felt very unwelcome and chose to walk to Pandora and find not the same earrings but the customer service was top notch. Too bad a return customer every Christmas will now shop else where

Horrible customer service !! I got a gift here with a gift receipt- it didn’t fit but because it was 17 days and not 14 days they wouldn’t do anything for me! I wasn’t asking for cash, I just wanted an exchange. The worst thing is that the item didn’t come with everything that it was supposed to so she started accusing the person who gave it to me of taking it out! I’m positive my husband wouldn’t have taken watch links out for himself ‍♀️. I’m sure this place will go out of business soon with this horrible service. I’d much rather shop at Costco or Amazon with a great return policy. What this store doesn’t understand, is that is more expensive to not do the return or exchange in the long run. I will make sure we NEVER buy anything from here again.
