Great fitting and shopping experience at Tahoe Sports Hub in downtown Truckee. We were looking for skis and snowboards, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Wide selection of winter sports equipment and clothing. Large paid parking lot across the street, but limited street parking on the busy street.

What a nice experience this was! I went into the Hub looking for a new helmet and goggles this week and was helped by Johnny. Cool guy to talk to--he's a raft guide in summer and I enjoy whitewater so it was fun to chat. But ANYWAY, skiing--He asked good questions and helped me find things I liked that weren't necessarily the most expensive items. He seemed to genuinely want me to have a good time. So nice! I'll be going back soon for a new jacket.

Great service and incredible rental prices.
We came in two weeks after the New year which was pretty slow time and they hooked us up for a two week rental for my whole family. I assume as long as it is not peak times their prices were half of the resort. I’ll be back there next year.

Ive had backcountry and alpine boots fitted here and both times they were excellent. Haven’t had to go back with any issues whatsoever. Most recently bob helped me get out with some nordica 130’s feels have been awesome! Highly recommend!!

I got a boot fitting from John, he helped me out with selecting a new pair of snowboard boots and bindings and getting the boots fitted with an insole and heat-molding the
liner. He was great, very friendly and knowledgeable and not a pushy salesman at all (for example, he recommended sticking with the Superfeet insert instead of the custom fitted one that cost $100 more). He also helped my wife adjust the fit on her boots and added a piece of foam to her liner without charging us extra. I'm very happy with my new boots and bindings!

Bought a product from them that turned out to have a manufacturing defect. Brought it back and they took great care of me.

While I was in line a customer in front of me was not being cool. Throwing a fit. Their employees took it well and handled it with kindness.

I’d like to share an incredibly positive experience I had at Tahoe Sports Hub a few weeks ago. I went in for a ski boot fitting from Bob. My feet are quite narrow, so it is always challenging to find shoes that fit my feet, especially ski boots! Bob was great to work with…kind and attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, with decades of boot fitting experience. I walked out of the shop with the perfect boots! They are skiing great, and are feeling better and better with every day on the mountain! I could not recommend Bob and Tahoe Sports Hub enough!

I’ve been coming to this store since 2019 and every experience has been great customer service from a professional team that I feel cares. I recently had to get my snowboard repaired and they helped me out at the time instead of me having to wait days. These interactions will keep me coming back. And I live in Reno with other options but I’ll come here first. I’ve purchased a backcountry set up, multiple tunings and repairs and everything has been great. Thank you.
