I placed an order online for a tarp. I checked out following all the prompts for my cc info, including the 3 digit code in the back. I was then emailed by Rebecca Martinez that she needed my 3 digit code again to process my order. I wrote her a nice email back stating that I was hesitant to provide that info via phone or email since I had already input it. She quickly wrote me back that that was fine and she would cancel my order. She obviously had no desire to have my business. I let her know I would be submitting a company review based on her customer service. She sent me back a thumbs up. The ugliness, lack of customer service and sarcasm was out of line. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on their poor customer service and dangerous credit card practices.
