Had a great experience renewing my car registration. Located on the 1st floor (go down one level). I recommend setting an appointment online. I arrived about 45-30 minutes early and unfortunately you can only check in 15 minutes before your appointment time. I was able to walk around and get coffee during my wait which was an added bonus of going to the Southlake location. Once I was able to check in, it took no more than 5 minutes for my number to get called. The worker at counter 3 was quick, thorough, and friendly (I did not catch her name but I appreciated her hard work). The process for renewal took about 5 minutes. Make sure to bring your inspection, DL, and insurance card and have it ready to speed up the process. Overall my time was pleasant and I plan to return here if needed in the future. Thank you!

I got there a few minutes before closing. My husband dropped me off and I got inside and got a number to wait. By the time my husband got to the door to come in, Dalton at this location refused to let him in with me so we could do the paperwork we needed to do together. I had to just leave. Extremely frustrating!

Well second time I visited and Sheli is by far the worst person here. I hoped I didn’t get her. She always has a bad attitude when I come in smiling. I told her I wanted new plates for my title transfer and forgot so she charged me for a new plate and had to process it. It threw me off since she didn’t even say anything just did it and told me the fees I owed. I saw her tearing the first sticker off my paper that is what had me loooking at my paperwork. Parking is bad always but most people are nice but her. Please speak to her about customer services.

Went in to register car at 830. Done by 850!! Super fast

It's middle of December, Mon 11:20am... Had my vehicle registration taken care of quick and easy! Had my sister drop me off (No parking this time of year). Easy to find room (downstairs, left side past the Library). Took a number, I was 4th in line, waited 5min. Gave my info... done. I called my sister to swing back and pick me up. The clerk was very friendly and cheerful. Was a pleasant experience.

Amazingly quick service. Was here a total of less than 20 minutes with wait time included. I was able to do the title change, get the new registration, keep my previous vehicles plates and walk out stress free with money still in my pocket. They're social distancing so everyone is to stand 6ft apart during the wait time but it's not that bad. By the time i started getting antsy my number was being called. Its the best experience ive had so far and I'll continue coming to this location from here on out.

A very pleasant surprise. Went to get temporary handicap placard and Yolanda had me out the door, placard in hand in less than ten minutes. The waiting area was clean and bright, it was well staffed with at least 6 clerks waiting on folks. Keep up the good work!
