My Dell laptop had a bad charging port. It was about 5 years old and was dropped several times. They sourced a new case, key board and charge port. It’s like a new laptop now. Quick service and keep me informed of every step. Highly recommend .

Disappointed ///had someone look at my computer and telling me my hard drive is damaged. I checked in a different location with another tech person and the diagnostic is absolutely fine. Proof I won't trust them is they told me I have 2 percent of hard drive life, and if it was the case I could not even open my computer

I have been to many techs over the years and none compare with Tech2U and Chad in particular. It takes alot to impress me because I require a high level of competency to work on my computers but more importantly I must be confident in the competency. My work is expensive and valuable and I cannot afford any service less than the best...Chad and Tech2U provides that to me and has for years I fully recommend Tech2U and I DO NOT give out advice like this unless it is warranted.

These guys have been my "go-to" tech people for years. The tech Jonothan came out to the house this last time and discovered that the latest Microsoft update was causing all the problems. I had to take the unit into their shop in Roseville and I had it back after a couple of days ...no additional charge! .. and it works like new again! Thanks guys!

Took my laptop in for a new battery. They said it also needed a motherboard without explaining why. So I asked them to take photos of the old part out and new part going in but said they don't do that. Reason for my asking is how was he able to turn it on and retrieve all my files with a bad motherboard? Not willing to provide a few photos of the work I immediately sensed i was being scammed for unnecessary work. It turned into an argument and the manager just said I'm not fixing this come get your laptop. This just proved to me I called him out on trying to get another 200 bucks out of this job that was not even needed. All of wanted was a few photos. I wonder how much they make from doing this to others that never question them.

Absolutely best service you’ll find! Brought in my gaming PC with issues on the CPU cooler, which was brand new. Chad took it in and found the issue! I bought a defective and overpriced CPU cooler and he replaced it with an affordable one that actually works perfectly! The pricing was absolutely reasonable and the overall service we got was perfect! Thanks Chad!
