We had a potential catostropic problem with our travel trailer. They were able to get us right in on a Saturday, made the repair and made sure we were aware of potential insurance claims due to the type of damage. Great Guys i'd go back in a heart beat.

Ron and his crew fixed my daughters dirt bike on short notice and even delivered it out to camp for us. Thank you sooo much. 5 stars.

Very dissatisfied took my trailer for roof inspection was charged 120.00 and 60.00 to check tires. I feel they should of told me upfront what there fees were going to be.

I can't say enough about the effort and tenacity Ron and his crew used to work on our motorhome. Above and beyond the norm and done in a friedly manner. Would use again going thru Tehachapi!

Recently I brought my trailer to Tehachapi RV to repair my roof. Unfortunately, I had to bring it back due to the roof leaking in the same area as the previous repair. (The part needed to repair it properly was unavailable, so they made their own modifications). I called them and asked if they guarantee their work and they graciously said "yes". I was so happy until I received a call from them telling me that "I must have had another accident as this was new damage"? UNTRUE statement!!! I in fact had not had any accident. When I asked them for pictures of this "new damage" the owner Ron declined my request stating "never mind, I'll pay for this one" 3 days later my guy went to pick up the trailer and Ron showed him pictures of the damage so he payed them for their work. The next day I asked to see the photos and upon closer review of the pics, we noticed that the pictures of the damage were not from my trailer. 1 month later we were on our way out to camp and went to fill the the trailer with water and SURPRISE!!! Two mysterious plumbing leaks. Leaks that don't happen without manipulation. If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would. It is unfortunate that I am not the only victim to their mischievous behavior.

Too busy to even look at a new customers bike, then wasn't "set up" to work on fuel injected bikes whatever that means. Waste of time. Truly felt discriminated against just by body language and demeanor. Wish i could rate zero!!!!!

Good lord. I left them a very simple Honda ct90 and asked them to get it running. It had previously ran so and I knew it needed a battery and a carb gone thru as it had sat. Well, it’s been 7 weeks. Not even a phone call. So I went by there today. They can’t get it running. I went back to talk to the mechanic who demonstrated the no start. I immediately noticed there was no lower from the battery. No headlight, no horn, no neutral light, etc. I had a conversation with the owner. I told him this was basic. He should know it’s not getting electrical. I have absolutely NO confidence that they can diagnose the problem correctly. I just got off the phone with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and verified that motorcycles are covered under their regulations. I will pay whatever the shop holds as pure ransom to recover my motorcycle, take it to an appropriate shop for repair, and file a complaint. I wish there was a way to give them a zero.

Honest group of people, they do good work and in my opinion a fair price.
