Idk why they are getting such terrible reviews. This is the nicest most helpful staff I have ever met in a welfare office they have never made me feel less than and been so helpful in several ways. A select few of the staff members have gone above and beyond to make sure my kids and I were ok and even stopped by on holidays with gifts for my kids. This county does have a ton of needs and this staff is doing a great job meeting them 👏🏻

Worst office I’ve ever experienced in my life, they never answer the phones and never take care of the cases they work. My sar7 took 5 months for them to approve and there was no change in the household, then tell me that they have to do the applications in order that they receive them as if their job is that hard.

I've tried calling 2 times now, both times they left me on hold for at least 20 min then hung up on me. I'm doing school work on my computer so I tried to get some stuff done on my phone. I'll have to go down there which is no big deal. The problem is hanging up on someone and treating others like dirt.

Do not bring your kids here their CPS office is very aggressive they will take any child they can from low income families.
