From the very first interaction, Haley (the owner) was incredibly kind, responsive, and truly passionate about bringing our vision to life. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and created the most stunning rustic floral arrangements that completely exceeded our expectations. Her genuine, caring personality made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. It’s clear that her and her staff, put their hearts into every arrangement they design. Flowers were delivered sooner than I expected since I placed my order late the day before. I figured it would be an afternoon delivery which would have been fine. The person receiving was very happy with the flowers. Thank you so much Tehama Floral Company!

I cannot begin to say thank you enough to Haley and her team at Tehama Floral Company. At 10am last Friday, I was informed that flowers had not been ordered for our Mother’s Visitation later that afternoon and for her Graveside Service the following Saturday morning. In addition they were in different towns. The Visitation was in Corning and the Graveside was in Red Bluff. I apologized and accepted that this was our problem. From the very beginning of the conversation Haley said don’t worry, we will take care of you and we are so sorry about your loss. Basically, between 10am and 2pm last Friday, they put together a stunning and beautiful set of wreaths and an even more spectacular Casket Spray all of which happened to include some blue flowers (Mom’s favorite color). Often times for last minute things like this, even though it was our problem, businesses tend to keep reminding you that it was your problem and act like you are putting them out. Not Haley and her team. They kept telling us how sorry they were for our loss and that they would take care of this and get it to the Mortuary on time and that it would look great. The service and the end product were beyond great. I wish there was more that I could say beyond thank you. THANK YOU

I bought individual bunches of flowers to make centerpieces for a Shriners event. The flowers in this picture are a week and one day old. Saw some people yesterday who took some home and theirs are the same. Haley was amazing. Gave me ideas on how to keep the cost down. There is nothing better than fresh flowers to make an event special. Thank you Haley. (The picture on the left is today and the right over a week ago.)

I received a floral arrangement delivery as a birthday gift and it is big and beautiful. The arrangement is a week old now and is still as beautiful as the day I received it. The company is locally owned and operated, which is a huge bonus, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Can’t go wrong supporting local businesses! Thank you Tehama Floral Company!

Haley is one of those people who brighten your day just by talking to her. Her arrangements are lovely and I had one recently that held on for 2 weeks. Also who else sells cow hats with a high pony.
