Jewelry mart is a locally owned company. That is a wonderful place to have repairs done at a very affordable price. I had done business with a company in the Temecula mall that totally takes advantage of their customers for repairs. I was quoted three times the amount as Jewelry mart. They did a beautiful job repairing my wife’s wedding ring. I’m so pleased with the results and highly recommend them for all your repairs. Thank you again guys !!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Family owned business. Very friendly and very easy to work with. No pressure of any kind. I took three gold chains to repair. She fixed one on the spot and did not charge. I will recommend to family and friends.

Broke my Rolex bracelet links, they were folded links and he bent them and undone them to do quick work. Also completely destroyed the end links on my vintage oyster bracelet. He cost me over $1000 in repairs for a 13 dollar job. I was quoted 80ish dollars by professionals to remove the non removable link on my Rolex bracelet. I decided to see what his quote was, once he said 13$ I looked at him, he said he can do it in 10 mins. What he did in 10 mins is cost me $1056 by a professional to clean up his work. Doesn't actually know much, just deals in lower end invictas and overpriced gold/silver and cheap gems. I know we all have to eat, and that this is his and his daughter and grandchild's business and source of income, but refuse jobs you're not educated in and don't ruin peoples expensive jewelry and watches if you don't have the experience. By doing so you took food off my plate. It pays to go to a professional the first time, by trying to save myself 60$, he did over a grand worth of damage.

I have purchased a few pieces from this store over the years. My family loved them! And still do. The jeweler has repaired several items for me. My mom was so thrilled when I returned her ring to her. She bought it for her mother. When her mother died, she got it back. It was lost in the backyard for 2 years under dirt and walked on! This ring was old and beat up. The stone looked terrible. The gold was thinning. When Temecula Jewelrey Mart fixed it, it looked like the day my mom bought it over 50 years ago, if not better! The prices are more than reasonable, they will fix any issue if they can, they are great to work with. I lived in Murrieta for 20 years. I moved to WA 2 years ago. I visit CA often to see my family. I am taking a bag of my sentimental jewelry to get them into shape. That is how much I trust them. Some of my jewelry is from other countries. I even got my wedding ring appraised there with a certificate. This is long because I can not say enough good things about this store, and it's well overdue. Best to you! Thank God you made it through the pandemic. I know it was difficult! You deserve a lot of support! Thank you for all you have done to bless me. There is more that I am not listing.
