If I could put zero stars I would. I’m sure the staff is great and care would be great if you could even make an appointment. I waited on hold for 46 minutes, didn’t mind since I had time. Finally when it was my turn they answered and then “no one” was there; call was silent. They need a new system!!!! Absolutely ridiculous.

Called, got an appointment, and got my results all in one day! Very impressed with my experience at Templeton Imaging. When I called I got placed on a few minute hold, but the call was answered in a reasonable amount of time and I was offered and scheduled for a same-day appointment. There are only two ladies in the front who have to help patients check in and answer phones, so it’s understandable that sometimes you get placed on hold! The receptionist Richelle and the ultrasound tech were warm and personable. The ultrasound tech made me feel as comfortable as possible during an uncomfortable procedure. My results were uploaded to the portal by the end of day. Very impressed and would highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible in the billing department. I was billed for an ultrasound that never happened and between showing up in person twice and 6 different calls to the office, I have not been helped. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely frustrating!!
No one seems to be able to solve the issue before "talking to their supervisor". DO YOUR JOB!! I can't be the only one having this type of issue base on the ratings....

The scheduling is awful. I can not stress this enough. They are difficult to get ahold of, they place you on hold for lengthy amount of time, and they will cancel your appointment with more then 24 hours in advance confirmation. I caller 3 times the day prior as it said call by 12:30, but I could not get ahold of anyone. I called the next day by around 1 pm as I have a child who recently had a surgery and they had canceled my appointment all together. Then tried to tell me I could of text, but nowhere in the message I received was that an option. I have the text and double checked it. I have never missed an appointment and have always confirmed my appointment. This was for a brain MRI on a lump on the soft tissue of my head . So this was a very important MRI and I waited over a month for this appointment. I don't know what's changed over at this office, but the customer service and care is dramatically declined. Go anywhere else if it's an option.

They don't answer their phones, or have an option to leave a VM. I've tried calling multiple times over the last two weeks, and nada.

I have tried several times over the past 3 days to make an appointment for an
X-ray. Message always says that call cannot be taken and directs me to call back later.
I have had X-rays and MRI's at this facility over the years and never had this issue before.
I have now made an appointment at another facility in Templeton and will not be returning to Templeton Imaging.

Tried to call to get a patient in for an xray. No one answers the phone. Called multiple times. Worst system with terrible customer service. Our healthcare in our area is one of the worst.
