I have a previous review regarding the buying process and not being able to see the vehicle before you actually purchase it. As I digress, It did have a little bit of damage on the bumper, the day of the delivery, which I kind of went back and forth with Riverside tesla team unfortunately, I would have forfeited my $500.00 for something that I would have not chosen. I Got them to make me an appointment at the service center in temecula, which is closer to me, and I have to say, Gilbert was my service manager, and this guy was spot on!!! I got the feeling I was expecting from a tesla dealership or service center. They actually replaced my bumper for a brand new one and replaced a leaking taillight.It only took them about 1.5 hours from start to finish. To make my experience better, they offered me to take a cybertruck to go run my errands, awesome customer service extremely happy with the vehicle now. Thank you, Gilbert and sales representative, for outstanding customer service.

They were excellent and very diligent in addressing my concerns. I had an issue with the wheel of my model S having some bubbling, they were quick to address my issues and kind throughout the processes. They even rushed my car knowing I would be in the waiting area. Also the manager is amazing, he took time to come out and look at the repair and make sure it was addressed. I also want to commend Sharon on taking great care of me and answering all my questions. I was thrilled to see Kevin as a new manager, as he genuinely cares, and is a stark improvement over the prior management.

I had trouble with my Tesla over the weekend and couldn’t find any appointments in the app. I took my car to the Tesla Service Center in Temecula without and appointment and a very nice gentleman by the name of Dustin took a quick look and got my car in! They were very busy and he went out of his way to assure me that he thought it could be something that could be resolved fairly quickly. An hour later the car was ready! I greatly appreciate those that go out of their way when they don’t have to. Despite how busy they were and although another employee had mentioned he didn’t think they could get me in, Dustin offered to take it back and get started on it. Grateful for awesome customer service today!

Probably one of the worst experiences I've had as a customer anywhere. When you take your car to get serviced and certain things fixed at a body shop you don't expect it to come back with more issues than it went with. I have scratches on my trunk now and in addition to that there is a huge scratch on my top glass panel for the roof. Needless to say I wouldn't even give them the car back to try to fix these new issues because the service was that bad.

When I required service for my Tesla, I drove 55 miles to Tesla Temecula due to their exceptional customer service compared to other service centers in my vicinity. I anticipated my appointment by calling ahead and scheduling it through the application. I communicated with representatives who efficiently addressed my needs. The application streamlined the process of scheduling service.

Upon arriving at the service center to drop off my vehicle, I parked in the designated drop-off zone and entered to provide my key and ensure that my requirements would be met. As my vehicle was out of warranty, I was not offered or provided a loaner during the repair period.

One day later, I received an alert from the application indicating that my Tesla was ready for pickup. Unfortunately, I was working that day and opted to collect it after hours. The representatives guided me through the process, informing me that they would leave the key inside and that I could retrieve it using the application. This feature was particularly convenient.

Returning to the service center after hours with the intention of collecting my repaired vehicle, I noticed several issues that had not been resolved. Specifically, there were dents in my door panel and the same problem I had previously encountered. This disappointment was compounded by the fact that I had expected the service center to have rectified these issues. Consequently, I immediately contacted a representative to resolve the matter as soon as the service center reopened the following day.

Regrettably, it was the weekend, and the service center was closed on weekends. This left me with a delay in resolving the issue.

The most positive aspect of my experience occurred on Monday morning. Kevin Donahue, the head of service, reached out to me and informed me that a loaner vehicle would be available for me to use upon drop off. He also requested that I return my vehicle for a comprehensive repair and replacement of the damaged panel. I promptly returned my vehicle and retrieved the loaner, not long after which I received an alert from the application indicating that my vehicle was ready for pickup.

Kevin Donahue demonstrated exceptional customer service by addressing my concerns effectively. The issues were resolved, and the damaged panel was replaced. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have interacted with a representative who prioritized customer satisfaction. I extend my sincere appreciation to the Tesla Temecula Service team for their efforts in resolving my situation and am now enjoying my Tesla once again! 🙏🏻

DO NOT GET YOUR SERVICE DONE HERE. Worst experience! I bought my Model 3 a MONTH ago. I had to take it in to get serviced for rattling noise in the back seat as well as hubcap noise. I went to pick it up at the end of the day to see that they ripped my steering wheel. I didn't even leave the parking lot yet, so I informed the service advisor that helped me, Reina. I asked if I was going to get charged for the wheel and she assured me that I wasn't. The next day I received an estimate for $1,200! They expected me to pay for the new wheel to be replaced even though their employees are the ones that damaged it. I bought the car BRAND NEW and to get it back torn, I was upset! I drove 45 minutes to Temecula and spoke to service manager Victor who was very rude and being a smart aleck. Without hesistation he instantly told me No that they weren't going to fix it. Then when I told him that Reina said I wasn't going to get charged he said " She told me she never said that". I was completely dumbfounded and upset that she would lie about that. All I wanted was my steering wheel to be fixed but they were not being cooperative whatsoever. On top of that all the ORIGINAL issues I brought it in for are still happening. They completely wasted my time. This not only makes me not want to go back to this location but also makes me doubt Tesla's capabilites with their employees. There are many reviews who complain about this location so PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO!!

On my first visit the service technician even rode in the car to hear the sound that was bothering me. It didn't take him long to figure out that it was the seat belt rattling against the car door, so he did a quick simple fix on that.
The second visit I simply came to get my wife's phone paired with the car so it could be a key. The technician did all of this gratis and made sure that on my Tesla app I gave her permission, which I would have never figured out on my own!
Each time the staff has been very friendly and attentive. I was happy about that, because I've been concerned with the layoffs that morale might be a little challenged in general at Tesla. I love my Model Y and I love that Tesla is making the world more sustainable by using electric vehicles, energy storage, self-generation, etc.!
Interestingly enough, I had a flat tire the day before my most recent visit. I used Tesla Roadside Service, and my problem was quickly resolved on a Sunday! The tire was repairable, and the service was completed in just a few hours. Communication was seamless and I couldn't have been happier, as my wife needed the car the following day to take her behind the wheel driving test!
Thank you, Tesla! We're planning to buy the newly revised Model 3 in the near future!
