This was my first ever trying on wedding dresses. First off the vibe of this story and the ladies working there is unreal and so comforting. They opened up champagne for us and even let me dog come. Debbi & Keri were so so nice and really made you feel like they were lifelong friends. I have some body issues but they made me feel beautiful and sexy in EVERY dress I tried on. The best hype girls ever.
I also want to note that I never felt pressured to buy anything (which I appreciate)!
If you’re in the area looking for a cute shop with amazing dresses and staff, look no further!!

Similar to another review had a very poor experience with a tux rental. First it was late being delivered so had to be shipped to the location. When I finally received it it was far to large with no time to fix it since it was late to arrive. I had to go to a store and buy a tux last minute. Then to top it off trying to get ahold of the owner to even return the tux let alone discuss the issue was impossible. I finally had to make a fitting appointment online to drop it off which the owner didn't even show up for. She sent her daughter instead.

STAY AWAY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I usually do not write bad reviews, but the poor service my son and daughter-in-law received was very upsetting. So here it is:

We rented a tux and three suits for my son's wedding. The owner did not measure my son correctly and his pants came in about four inches too big. When the tux came in he tried it on, and immediately went to get the problem solved. The owner of the shop remeasured him, again incorrectly, and then order the size of the pants he was wearing. This took place several days before the wedding. The replacement pants were suppose to be there the next day, but did not arrive. By the day before the wedding they had not come and the owner of the shop was out of town. The owner had my son running around the day before the wedding trying to get his pants (apparently they were suppose to be dropped off at her house). This situation caused a lot of unnecessary stress on the bride and groom. It was very overwhelming for them up to the night before the wedding when the pants were finally found and delivered by the owner's daughter.

Also, we ordered the grooms tux first and then the groomsmen's suits later and were charged more for the each suit then we were for the tux. Giving them the benefit of a doubt that this might just be the correct cost, I chose to request a detailed receipt for the suits (similar to what was provided for the tux) so I could compare. A detail receipt was never provided. All I received for the suits is my credit card receipt that showed a total for each (not detailed).

The owner seems to be running this business as a hobby and not a business. We found her not very professional. I would recommend going somewhere else if you are in need of renting tux or suits for any event.

On a positive note - I can say the owners mother helped us with the measurements for the groomsmen's suits. The owner's mother was a very nice and kind lady. I appreciate that she was doing her best to take the measurements correctly. She did explain to us that she had never done this before and wanted to make sure she got it right. And she did.

I can not speak to how the owner of this shop is with wedding dresses. Maybe she should stick to only wedding dresses. From our experiences, I can not recommend this shop.

My experience at the Bridal Loft was absolutely amazing! Sarah is so good and listens to what you want. She knows what she is talking about and makes the appointment well worth it! She knew what fit would fit me and actually pulled the first dress in which I ended up saying yes too. The dresses are all absolutely stunning and very clean. There was no makeup stains and none of them were dirty AT ALL! I am so happy that I said yes to the dress at Sonora Bridal Loft!!!

I could not have asked for a better experience with The Bridal Loft. The mother-daughter duo was so great: both helpful and accommodating. They have a wide variety of styles and present you with all kinds of great options! Highly recommended ladies!

Wow! All I can say is that I HIGHLY recommend this shop! I found my dress, I enjoyed the process and I am so glad I made the trek up to Sonora.

When my mom and I first arrived to the store, we were fairly early. Sara was so cheerful and welcoming; encouraging us to stay and look around while she set everything up. I cannot say enough about Sara! She is due to have a baby in the next few weeks and still she was bending and pulling and helping me get into ALL of the dresses I wanted to try on. Josie was a wonderful addition too. They were both so unbelievably kind and really made me feel like they were happy to be part of this very special moment in my life. My mom and I both left the shop feeling like we gained some new friends.

The dresses.....WOW! I am not claiming to be a pro at wedding dress boutiques. I have only been a bride at one prior to arriving in Sonora. However, these dresses were all beautiful. Every single dress I looked at I was drooling over. Plus, most of them are customizable. The dress I chose had a deep v sheer panel in front but we were able to bring it up and give me a bit more modesty. I could actually get into all of the dresses I pulled which I though was nice. I am a pant size 10 in pants and was a little bit worried I was going to be struggling to the the samples on. Not the case! Everything was even able to get clamped tighter. I really loved my experience here.

The shop itself is absolutely beautiful! The decor is updated and very Instagram worthy. The fitting room was really big and bright so getting the dresses on was easier than some of the other shops I have been in. They offer Champagne while you browse and a "good luck" bell when you find the one! I really cannot say how impressive this little spot was. I'm in love with the shop and I am in love with my dress! I would Highly recommend the Bridal loft to lady looking to get pampered and find her dream wedding dress.

I loved my experience at the Bridal Loft in Sonora. It was my first time trying dresses on, ever, and I just felt so welcomed and not rushed. Sarah Gordon was amazing! Can't say enough good stuff. So sweet but also great at keeping on tack. You can tell she knows what she is doing because we just kept getting closer to the right kind of dresses the more I told her what I did and didn't want. I UNFORTUNATELY didn't buy from her because I ended up going with a BHLDN dress that I couldn't get out of my mind that was only available at BHLDN. If I hadn't had that in my mind the dress I was thinking about getting at Bridal Loft would have been the one. And even though I didn't get my dress there I HIGHLY recommend starting with Sarah and the Bridal Loft.

The owner was supposed to meet with us for the appointment. she was tired so she went home was not there to meet with us the woman that was left there with us did not know how to size right. The women gave us warm tap water. She didn't not know how to fit the corset on. The dresses were dirty one of them she tried to have me tried on was it have lipstick on it. Then as she was getting a dress pin to the front of me another customer came into the store and she left me standing there to go help somebody else. Then came back and told me that I needed to have a tan spray done. For a 3-hour drive I would like to have wasted my time. and after all the phone calls made to the store to make sure that they would have dresses that I could try on and in the store. They did not. I would never recommend this door and I will never go to the store again it is bad business when the owner of the business says she will be there for the appointment and decides to go home before we all get there. she should have had waited and talk to us all when we got there knowing we were driving 3 hours to get there the very poor establishment.
