I have never encountered this kind of store where they close out much before the timings mentioned here. I reached the store at 6:30 PM on Wednesday to pickup my order. The store was supposed to be open until 7PM but to my surprise its already closed. How can I shop online to pickup my order when its unpredictable when they will be open. I had to go back twice already without picking up my order. Now, the order is also cancelled. Is the store higher management sleeping without checking on their employees? What kind of business they are running? It looks like this is a public listed company. How can they answer the shareholders with this kind of service?

Tried twice this week to pick up my order at Tracy store. Monday about, 6pm store wasn't open. Today, Thursday 10:30am, store not open. Called the store, but there is no answer or recording or information.
There are not any store hours posted at the store to even know when to come back.
I ordered online for a store pick up. But they are never open when I try to get my order.

I used to love this store and have shopped here for 20+ years. I even had one one of the employees tell me i should have my children as models for the store because i always shopped there. Unfortunately, the service has gone down hill within the last 5 years. I no longer have a store in my town so returning items are a pain and the fact that you can't cancel an item of an order within 10 hours of making it is ridiculous. The price of clothing have gone up not to mention the selection and style of clothes are not as they once were.

Had a great experience here today. I do wish they had more items in sizes 16 and 18, but I did find shorts for one of my nephews, which was good. The store was lacking in these sizes in shirts as well. However, the three ladies that were working here this evening were absolutely amazing. They were very patient with me, even though I held them up after closing time. So sorry. I was shopping on behalf of my sister, so it was a little tough. They remained professional and sweet the whole time through, and were very knowledgeable about their products. They also keep a clean store. Thank you for a great shopping experience!

I do love this store my son is slim and its hard to find clothes that fit him. BUT...i ordered uniform pant from here when my package arrived i opened it as an usual package then the bags that the clothes are IN...was sprayed with bleach and pants got ruined there was no warning sticker nothing..and why would you spray the inside bags that the CLOTHES ARE IN..SMH i talked to customer service and all they did was have me rate the items that were sent out to me no refund no exchange nothing..so i do feel i wasted my money they should have replaced the pants that got ruined.
To be honest i dont think i would shop here again sadly.

This store is one of the only things saving west valley mall, out of every store I’ve been to in this mall this one seems the best organized and I feel like I am having an actual good shopping experience.
